Hey all, generally, things are well. It's been well over two (three even?) years of MRP and things are really going relatively well.

My one sticking point is the lack of exercise, of any kind, on my wife's part. She's fortunate that she gave up sugar over a year ago, and isn't obese, but she's weak. Often, when I'm starting to toss her around in the sack a bit, it's a lot of, "Oooo, that hurts my shoulder," or the like. Not that she's tied up or anything, she's just quite honestly, weak, and seems to not give a shit about it. We're both in our 40's so this stuff doesn't come without some work at this point. (I'm at around 10% BF, with decent lifts (deadlift 2x BW, Squat 1.5x BW as well as 100 burpees in under 5 minutes from almost a decade of CrossFit)

Every so often, when the stars align and she comes to the gym & squats, she's always happier later in the day.

I'm a little confused on leadership on this one. If I bring it up, it's like a fight, if I don't bring it up, I tend to get more irritated that she's not doing her part to take responsibility for her own health & future wellness. She'll complain about things that could be fixed by squatting once a week.

Have any of you taken the wife from "I want to do my own thing," (which never happens), to actually getting a move on?
