People like that should be put on a “watch list”. Like, having their prints taken as well as sperm samples, so the police have it in database if a woman gets raped. Unfortunately, people will just laugh at something like this and move on with their life. I wish there was enough resource so the police(or volunteer groups) could be checking into suspicious people online. Like of course, there are a lot of trolls, but you can clearly distinguish them most times. Just think about it- do you know how many crimes could’ve been prevented in the last 10-20 years if the right people took a look at online creeps? Incels that did mass shootings are good example of this.

Fortunately there was a backlash for him (expelled from the show to begin with) and many people found his statement as abhorrent as it is. Additionally there is a discussion about canceling the show already. This kind of backlash struck me as weird to be honest. Greek society is overall very openly sexist and men tend to get away with rather shitty behaviors. Still I'm glad that it escalated this way.

(BTW living and dating in Greece as a woman is a demoralizing experience.)
