To become more interesting to women, you must become more attractive.

If I had to venture a guess, I'd say you're boring in conversation because you are so guarded. I'm never bored in any place or situation. I'm guessing that you are so insecure that you don't open your face hole to say what is on your mind. I was once like you. I read a couple books called "don't sweat the small stuff" and from the sidebar, "how to win friends and influence people". They helped me to be less stuck inside my own head.

When the the conversation slows down, you should have the motivation, energy, and leadership to be the one to introduce the next thing to her.
