I’m not gunna shit where I eat. Just help me understand the situation.

I started a new job. I’m the hot guy at work. I am friendly with everyone and the other girls like me including one of the managers who flirts with me. THE hot girl at this job acts strange around me. She seems reserved and cold when I try to talk to her, but warm with everybody else. I just consider her entitled and ignore her and focus on my job. I always catch her looking at me from the corner of her eye, yet when I say a few words in passing she shuts her energy right down and goes cold and seems so disinterested. She avoids eye contact with me too. But like I said, she is always looking at me.

Today in the staff room after work, I made a comment to her asking how her shift was. She answered quick and started looking at her phone. Another girl walked in and started a conversation with me and we had some good banter going on. The hot girl went into the bathroom and walked out infront of me with just a long t-shirt and her underwear with her ass cheeks popping out. She quickly apologized and I just acted chill about it and casually averted my gaze.

What gives? I can’t tell if it’s some blind spot or this girl is intimidated or what. Like I said I have no interest to shit where I eat but I’m just trying to make small talk and banter with the people I work with.
