I was super, super unhappy and uncomfortable with my 30AA size at your age. And without trying to sound patronizing, getting older really does help with perspective. Firstly, I realised it was never the reason I struggled with men, I struggled with men because my insecurity and lack of confidence got in my way. Secondly, my breasts did get a bit bigger as I got older I didn't really develop breasts until around 24-25 and I was a 32B by then so you may just still be growing and not realise it. Thirdly, my breasts dropped in significance to other issues by the end of college. There were just so many other things that I had developed interests in or that were important, or more worthy of my money than getting a boob job(which I had been obsessed with from age 14-20).

Now as a 28yo woman, I actually look at thin models with beautiful, modest breasts and think "man I wish I had appreciated it more when I looked like that instead of wasting those years being hard on myself". Small breasted women are just as beautiful and feminine as curvy women are. Do you think most people look at these women and thinks they're not gorgeous, successful, feminine women? Do you think they struggle to find people who are attracted to them? Not at all.

Try r/ABTF (A Bra That Fits). They have a calculator there where you can input your measurements and find your proper bra size. You can also post your size or search it and see what brands other people buy. They’re incredibly helpful and friendly! Also, don’t worry about it too much! Not to sound harsh, but no one is as concerned about it as you are! Feel confident and happy with yourself, and others will love/be attracted to you! I’m so sorry you feel that way! I can definitely relate as I usually wear 32a but even then it’s just a bit big for me. Please don’t think of yourself as lesser than or unfeminine. There’s plenty of men who find women with smaller boobs beautiful, and there’s many others who don’t care either way. There are so many celebrities who are heavily lusted after by men and women who have smaller boobs (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9). Look on any runway and you’ll find loads of flat-chested models. Hell, even some Victoria’s Secret angels are 32a or smaller!

The best way to overcome your insecurity about having a small chest is to become confident about everything else you have going on. If you work on self improvement and get in incredible shape, have amazing hair and skin, and display an amazing fashion sense, you’ll feel way better about yourself regardless of whether or not you have a small chest. This is a youtuber who shows you what clothes work on small chests, and what I really like is how she has both modest and sexy examples so you can pick which cater mosts to your taste. If you struggle with brands that truly fit you, I suggest taking clothes closest to your size to a tailor. If you visit a mom-and-pop tailor shop, they’ll do it for affordable prices and with amazing attention to detail so that it will fit you properly.

In my experience, I’ve found that I can get away with much sexier looks because I don’t have a big chest. Plunging necklines, sheer tops, and spaghetti strap/strapless shirts look quite chic and rarely obscene on me. I never have to worry about looking unprofessional in business clothing when curvier ladies have to take into account whether or not it’s too skin-tight. Though I’m sure there are men who have overlooked me and went for a bustier gal, my chest has never been a problem in my dating life and I have no shortage of men who have shown interest in me.

Oh girl. Hugs from across the internet. Every time I see someone complaining about her small boobs, my heart breaks a little bit. I'm one of the bustiest people I know and it's not much better on the other side of the spectrum.

You're going to have to just accept that your body is the way it is and then learn how to work with it. Acceptance was the hardest part for me. I don't know what it'll take for you, but I basically had to internalize that this is my body and I cant change the fact that I was born to be this way. I got stubborn about it - I just refused to hate myself any more, refused to expend energy on it. Now, when I see styles that I can't do because of my bust, I just think - "Oh, I love that for her, and there's something different out there for me." Once I got past that, learning how to dress myself got easier because it stopped feeling so personal.

The boxy tees and crew neck pullovers that look so cute on all of my friends look like potato sacks on me. In the same way that you probably wouldn't feel your best in some of my favorite sweaters, I bet you'd feel downright delicious in some of the clothes that are unflattering on my body. You can show so much more of the skin on your chest before it looks tacky!

Do you think you might feel better if you dressed up your chest area in some other way? Necklaces you love, a luxurious scented moisturizer, some sparkly bronzer? Sol de Janiero has these these shimmering body oils that smell divine but look tawdry on my décolletage - I can only use them on my legs, but it makes my small-breasted friends look so chic.

Try /r/normalnudes (NSFW of course). There are simple non erotic pictures of human bodies ranging from a 0 to a 10. It's a breath of fresh air where you can see natural, unphotoshopped bodies. You'll see that chest size is not that relevant in the great scale of looks

As stated above, it might be helpful for you to find a new part of yourself to love. I dislike my tummy, but love my legs. Another thing to mention is that some excercises can help strengthen your pectoral muscles, giving the appearance of larger breasts. Look into Strong Curves if you havent already. I've just embarked on an 8 week lifting program from them and I'm loving it so far. Something to consider is that you are still young and your body is still growing and changing. I thought that my body was done shifting when I finished high school, but it wasnt until I finished college that things finally slowed down. In that time I went from a B cup to a D cup... eek!

I hope you're able to find the support you need (both in a well fitting bra and also in the subreddit you're trying to post on lol) .
