Hey,
Anyone have any tips on how to eat more? I know it sounds stupid, like, idiot just eat more. I don't know, I've never eaten a lot, I'm a skinny guy because of it (I'm like 5'8 and 160), and my friends tell me I get no gains working out because I don't eat enough, which is true I guess, otherwise I'd see gains.
So I guess I'm asking is if there are any 'tricks' guys who were in my boat have to get into the habit of eating more.
