It's very interesting that you think it's a crucial part of learning how to socialise and I guess it is.

Id say not to forget the crushing impact puberty has though, some people change totally when that comes around. Gaps in maturity start to open up pretty wide and this is perhaps the most crucial stage initially when it comes to being confident with women? If you have some bad experiences around this time, I think you could develop some problems.

Thankfully for me, it came early and I was left with a man body at about 14/15 so I was able to go out and meet women older than me until the girls started to catch up a bit. I used to lie about stuff so perhaps that was part of it? Also, where I grew up it was easy to get into fights so I had to be a good actor when it came to avoiding that kind of situation.

Boys and girls never played together when I was a kid. And I must say that I am slightly weird in that I never had any interest in playing games that involved role playing, or even toys. I never owned any toys, or asked for any toys, or played with any toys.

All I used to do was play sport and video games. I really had no interest in doing anything else. Until I was about 13/14, girls were just people who didn't play football, and were of zero interest to me.

Nope, never did anything like that. I was mostly playing football with my male friends. Incidentally, my closest friend was a girl, but I have absolutely no recollection of what we did together. We just... hung out and talked about random stuff, I guess?

Yes. When I was a little kid, the girls I played with were all either a couple years older than me or a couple years younger than me. Once I hit about 9 or so, that's when I started playing with girls my own age but it wasn't anything role playing.

Of course we (and they) did, like just about everyone else.

As for RP folk, we just went on to also learn the difference between women's conscious will and their innate behaviors, often painfully, and took them to heart. The incels (obviously) didn't.
