A 100% fair country/culture would need a 100% equal populace. Genetically engineered clones who behave like nice little ants perhaps.

Accepting some deviations I'd say most western democracies are doing well atm.

Most hunter gatherer groups are pretty egalitarian if you ask me. The stratification of gender only gained traction when agriculture and surplus food production allowed concepts like private property to happen.

I think that things were mostly balanced before the advent of feminism. Now we're living in a hopefully short period of human history where our instincts on gender have become pathological, and we're experiencing a huge imbalance.

I think Islamic culture is incredibly fair. It takes the faults of man and woman and gives them limitations to follow so they don't get led astray by their natural emotions and hormones.

I may be uneducated on this, but last I heard, Ancient Egypt was pretty egalitarian. Both men and women held similar views, wore makeup and women could own property as well.

Correct me if I'm wrong.

I will also say that Ancient India before it had any contact with foreigners. Outside forces as well as time skewed with the teachings of the past generations to end up with the kind of misogynistic society we have currently.

Revolutionary Catalonia comes to mind. They had women's militias led by an openly gay married Lesbian.

Currently Rovaja is also pretty good in this aspect also.

The problem with both of these is that is you walk about 25 miles form these people you will find literal Fascists supported by Hitler, or people larping as 13th century Islamic hordes (not much of a difference now that I think of it)
