Long story short, woman who's 8 months pregnant and recovering from some type of chronic illness gets cheated on by her husband. The only thing the OP knows about this couple is A.) that the wife's body hasn't recovered from her illness and pregnancies and B.) that she was cheated on and C.) that prior to this, the couple was completely inseparable and devoted.

When he discovers the husband cheated on the wife, he immediately assumes she wasn't having sex with him, she wasn't showing him appreciation, etc...and then relishes in the opportunity to use this family's tragedy as a way to make his wife feel more insecure.

The truth is, he doesn't know anything about their sex life. If the genders were reversed, he might note that the man was irresponsible to "let himself go" but the overarching theme would be "Hypergamous slut of a wife cheats on chronically ill husband! You can never trust bitches! They'll let you down the minute you hit a rough spot in your life!"

Thank goodness at least some of the commenters pointed out the fact that he obviously doesn't know the full story and is making up about 70% of what he thinks happened. But the point remains this isn't even the only time I've seen this narrative on TRP.

Woman cheats on man: "This is what I mean, men can be the most devoted wonderful people and if you let your alpha game slip for even a second those hypergamous whores will cheat on you!"

Man cheats on sick, recently pregnant or pregnant wife: "Well what did she expect? I don't know the details but obviously she wasn't sleeping with him because no man would ever cheat on a woman for shallow reasons and even if he did that's his right, how dare she get sick or pregnant or not be as hot as he wants, he should sleep with whoever he wants if his wife isn't hot enough for him. Now the feminazi courts are going to ruin him, poor guy."

TLDR: Red pillers assume female fault in cases of infidelity regardless of who cheated.
