He's a crazy cuck that blames women for not finding him attractive when he has the shittiest attitude. I couldn't date someone so pathetic and negative.

Also, I'm sick of how TRP is obsessed with the fictional "Chad" creature. He sounds stupid and shallow to me. I am not interested in this Chad persona whatsoever and I imagine he'd only attract sluts.

If you really get game, you'll see that it's basically just an analogue of doing that but with real chicks. It doesn't take a God or legendary man to do.

How's your clothes?
How's your hygiene?
What do you lift? Do you even lift?
What's your social circle look like?
How's your game?

Answer those questions and consider how "set in stone" your SMV is.

You don't have to be perfect, you have to be better than what she has. Moreover if you're only looking for a STR then you only have to be worth trying out to see if you're better than what she has. I'm suboptimal in several of those categories above and I'm doing just fine.

Does he mean that putting on muscle won't do jack shit for smv ? We preach lifting, you know with weights that involved deadlifting, bench pressing, and squating.

Sure weight loss through cross fit or cardio is better than not losing weight at all, but weight lifting is better and is a sure thing to increasing your smv.

We just talk about lifting that's it, so there's no divergence.
