Life would become extremely complex because you could meet an 80 year-old woman and have no idea if she was straight out of college or about to die. You could fall in love with someone months before they passed away. You could become massively attracted to someone, and find out that they haven't been sexually active for decades. Overall, it's not a very attractive prospect.

That's actually an interesting question because really age is women's biggest handicap in the SMV. I have no idea what the result would look like, but I can make a couple predictions:

-Women's edge in the SMP would be firm and unquestioned. Women would be able to practice their hypergamy as unrestrained as long as they want, while men would beg endlessly for pussy.

-Women would continue to ride the CC throughout life and would have extreme difficulty committing to one man throughout their life.

-Marriage and commitment would be unachievable for men. While they aged and eventually turned into smelly wrinkly geasers, they could be sure their wives would be out cheating eventually.

Just overall it would be a nightmare for most men. Women would pretty much rule the world with their sex appeal. Only the most attractive men during their most attractive years (which luckily can be fairly long for a man who takes care of himself) would enjoy this world of attractive women of all ages.

For one thing it would start to get really weird when three generations of women all looked like sisters. Can you imagine family reunions?

The beauty industry would take a huge hit since "anti-aging" products would now be useless. Ditto the cosmetic surgery/Botox industry.

The biggest change I foresee is that we would probably start conducting scientific testing on women to see what makes them stay youthful. Vivisecting female prisoners, the mentally ill, the homeless, etc. Obviously men would want to find a wonderdrug that would give them magical youth properties as well.

Lets say hypothetically women did not visually age, meaning that once they hit 20-23 or their most youthful age, their appearance would be identical to that when they are 60, 70, 80 and so on. They would continue to age physiologically, meaning their cells would mature and telomeres would get shorter, so there would be no increase in life expectancy or physiological health. However in this same scenario, men will age normally, developing wrinkles, geezer bods, etc, will women would not age visually.

How would the world be different if this is the case?

I'm assuming you mean evolutionary changes starting from our first steps on this planet.

Men would develop sharp noses, a certain mating dance to test female fitness, men who don't do this would take the risk of marrying a "dead end", polygamy would be even more of a thing than it was before as men would try to hedge their bets.

Nothing might happen, as the intelligent humans might just decide to keep more strict tabs on their females "shelf life", you CAN HIDE a couple sexual partners, but I imagine it would have been a lot harder to hide your age, both in the era of tribal living and in our modern times.

If women didn't age or go through menopause then a 70 year old women would be just as desired as a 20 year old women on a purely sexual level.

However men are attracted to innocence and a 70 year old women will have far less of it, will probably be jaded by society and isn't a good person to settle down with to start a family.

So if a women was a 7 when she was 22 she may be a 6.5 when she's 70. At the moment though a 70 year old is a 0 to all men except 70 yr old men and fetishes.

Well, if we assume it's only her looks that are unchanged, you'd still have the issue with the ticking baby clock, which means that women would still try to snag a stable guy around 30, which would return at least a bit of balance. Don't forget that "the wall" isn't just looks, but also a change in priorities that makes dating and vetting more difficult: a woman aged 28 and is just willing to swing from fling to fling may experience a fun and easy dating life, but if the same woman decides from one day to the next that she's done with that and wants to make her next relationship count, and starts carefully screening her suitors (does he really want something long-term? does he want kids? does he have a job?) and scare away a bunch of them that way, while realizing that other good prospects are already off the market. Which is the actual wall, and not necessarily the decline in looks. However, since they wouldn't feel the pressure of their deterioriating looks, I imagine that you'd see a lot of them putting their long term-dating plans on hold in the hopes of getting a better deal until it's too late. Though I guess faking one's age and personal history may become somewhat common if you're already in your late 30s and haven't found the one yet, but don't want to alienate guys who don't want to risk a childless relationship by dating someone who is on her last limb when it comes to fecundity.

What you'd see a lot more often is women frivorcing. If they already had their kids and boredom kicks in in their relationship, I guess it can be very tempting to experience one's Indian summer and try to find another guy than the boring husband.

That's a really weird question. I don't really see the point of it but i'll bite.

First off there would be no more wall. Women would never lose their smv and so they would never settle down. They would be on the cock carousel until they died. Especially once their plumbing stopped working and they didn't have to worry about getting pregnant.
