So a little about me so can get the full picture I'm 6' 3'' and lift occasionally I do not come across as skinny or really muscular. I was at a bar after finishing up at the hospital and I approach a HB9 she shuts me down I accept and go back to the bar. Then a colleague of mine from the hospital walks in and shouts, "Dr. drinkingdoctor" and talks with me about a challenging procedure I performed earlier that day for a few minutes. Everyone in the bar heard him call me doctor and the people around us heard our convo. HB9 then comes up to me and we chat for a bit she then hand me her number, should I contact or just lose the number? And if I contact how should I handle it?

You know exactly who and what you're dealing with.

You should watch less Grey's anatomy and maybe you'll have a more accurate perspective on the medical field. I own my own practice so I schedule every weekend off and every other Friday off. During the weekdays I typically only work 12-14 hours per day. Not that bad.

Depends on the specialty. Dermatology and radiology are known for being easy hours. I'm a surgeon and most do work more than me. But I suspect if one has no hobbies and an overweight and ungrateful wife to come home to I understand why they would work so much. It's really up to the individual though.

Hey man, I totally respect what the other guys in this thread are saying, but I think they have it just a little off. What were you wearing that day/how did you look? A girl in a bar has a lot of defense up by default, aspecially one who probably gets a lot of attention.
