If you resent the fact women are approached, try a LTR. If you think it's shitty going bald try being a woman getting old. They are judged more harshly on looks than you are. It's a big part of their self-esteem or often lack thereof. Each gender has various issues to complain about. You're getting laid enough to have a decent life if you would just shed your resentful baggage and shitty attitude. You are your own worst enemy, not your eyelids.

First of all, stop looking at what other folks got. Or else you'll never stop being angry. If you base your life on "Why does HE get this and not meeee? It's not fairrrrrr!" Surgery for eyelid ptosis costs around several thousand dollars. Hair transplant or other solutions can cost upwards of around 10k. Overall, if you have 20k USD to spare, you can get those things resolved if they are bugging you that much. (Obviously, do your own due diligence, since these numbers were mainly pulled from Google and my ass.)

If you're angry or frustrated by it, why not focus on another number rather than your journaled partner count? Your wealth, income, the amount you can lift, the number of songs you can play on a guitar, number of subscribers you have on youtube, followers on twitter, whatever. Wealth is not a bad one, since you'll be able to handle the above costs if you still care by that point.

If you want a sense of purpose, even a temporary one, volunteerism could work. Without going into ethical reasons (since I can't force mine onto you), I wrote some practical reasons here. Give it some consideration.

Less attractive men can get laid and have happy relationships with comparable women by being fun to be around, clever, and witty. Cultivate these personality traits.

Also, take care of yourself. Get a flattering haircut (yes, those exist in any stage of balding, and some women prefer bald men, so maybe just head it off and go chrome dome), dress appropriately for your body, and always smell good when you go out- as a woman, I can't emphasize that enough. Not bathed in cologne!

Most important- act like you don't care about picking up a woman. Nothing is less sexy than desperation. Don't try hard. Be friendly, be funny, and don't get mad if it doesn't go anywhere right away. We are very conditioned to look for signs that a guy wants to hit it and quit it, and those of us who aren't looking for that will blacklist you immediately at the signs. Build friendships with women. Contrary to Nice Guy^TM popular belief, you do get girlfriends through friendships.

In my experience, people (male or female) who can command the kind of attention you describe are few and far between. Are you sure that your life experiences are not more circumscribed by the kinds of places you go and the kinds of people you seek to hook up with? You're living in a world that I fully don't even recognize. Because truly, no normal person gets the kind of attention you're describing on a regular basis unless they're a celebrity. It's a fantasy. I think you need to adjust what you're looking for.
