It's not about what 'women' and 'men' can give you, it's about what a specific person who you are compatible with can give you. It's difficult for some people to find people they really get on with and enjoy spending time with, and when you do find someone like that you should hold on to them whether they're a romantic partner or a friend.

I think women have a feminine energy that men crave. Just like men have a male energy that women crave.

At a surface level, yes a man could do everything that a woman could do, but I think men need that feminine energy in their lives. They want to be complimented and validated by women. It's not the same if love/support/appreciation comes from another man (except for gay guys-I think we're all hardwired to want attention and affection from the gender we are romantically and sexually attracted to).

What men get from women is too nuanced and subtle, but still vitally important, to put into words.
