Teach the Word of God, not regurgitate what Joel Osteen said.
Do away with political correctness.
Create an atmosphere where feelings do not trump facts.
Encourage women to be feminine and the men to be masculine.
Get them to read RPC.

First and foremost, pastors should be reading the Bible daily and digging into the verses that describe the roles of the man and the woman. He should learn them well, and model them in his own life. He should also hold his elders and deacons to the same standard, and be absolutely clear about communicating that standard regularly to them, checking regularly to see what they do, not just what they say.

Then he should be preaching on those biblical roles from the pulpit unapologetically, and should make clear from time to time that feminism is against God's design for women. He should be prepared to receive criticism and complaining from those who want to follow the world's version of those roles. He must stand firm in the face of such criticism, and remind those who disagree that it's not always easy to follow God's Word, but it is the right thing to do regardless of the consequences or how the world feels about it.

He should have separate Bible study classes for men and women, and prepare or acquire suitable materials for each that helps support the role of the masculine and the role of the feminine. It is also advisable, depending on church size, to have one mixed class as well for those who are not yet ready to accept these roles completely. The material in this class can focus on helping men and women understand the roles that God has laid out for them, and lead them to healthy discussion that draws them toward the biblical model. Material from RPChristians can be a good source for all of these classes as a starting point.

When asked to counsel a husband and wife who are having problems, the pastor should make sure he is promoting the headship of the husband and the expected submission and helpmeet role of the wife as the basis for solving problems. You'll find that most marital issues disappear when husbands and wives fulfill their proper, God-given roles in the marriage, and also when church leaders fully support those roles as well with no worldly wiggle room.

Time should also be made for men to gather together outside the church to do men-oriented activities together, and women should be given the same opportunity as well. There should also be time made for family activities as a church, as modeling healthy families where the proper roles are displayed will lead to others emulating their example over time.

Read the Bible out loud to the congregation.

I recommend reading a full chapter at the beginning of each sermon so they can hear your passage in context. That's where true Christian culture comes from!

Top 3 Ways To Build A RedPill Church:

If a RedPill Church is to be developed, then RedPill principles must be taught and woven throughout the culture of the body of believers. In theory, it shouldn't be such such foreign concept. In my way of thinking, RedPill principles are Christian principles.

So, here we go...

Top 3 Ways to Build A RedPill Church:

Develop A Core Group of Men Who Are Well-Versed in RedPill Principles! A pastor can't do it all alone. There is just too much to overcome. There is a trillion dollar industry working against men in our society. A core group of strong, committed men must be taught and brought along in RedPill teachings. RedPill Christian classes must be taught so that the church has multiple RedPill Christian leaders. The toughest part in running such a class is just getting started. The on-going difficulty is developing the appropriate materials. Frankly, there are hardly any RedPill materials out there for Christians to use. I currently teach a RedPill class locally and have had great success with our guys. We have been meeting for 4 months now. I have developed all my own materials from reading anything I can find related to RedPill concepts. I use mainstream secular RedPill books from Rollo, Athol, and Glover etc. I am also blessed to have a small group of men who serve with me in our mastermind group. We meet weekly either in person or on the phone with our leadership team of me and 2 other guys. The handouts and outlines I have had to develop on my own. Bringing out RedPill applications in scripture is actually the easy part of what I do. The tough part is developing new a relevant material each week. I spend about 15-20 hours each week getting material ready for each class. My mastermind group of 3 guys is committed and invaluable to the process and energy that I b to the class each week.
Remove all SJW teachings and feminine imperative influences from the pulpit and church teachings. These influences are pervasive and go against biblical teachings. This also applies to biblical translations being used in the church -- from the pulpit as well as in classes. Challenge the men of the congregation to stand up and lead in a Biblical model. Most men in our world are not encouraged to lead in such a manner. Again, develop RedPill training at the grass-roots level. If you want a RedPill Church you need RedPill men. If you want RedPill men, you will have to be the one to train them. It is not something you can usually delegate to others. It is a rewarding and worthwhile endeavor. I believe we are called to train up church leaders in just such a manner. I also believe that if you are to do it correctly, it will usually start with a very small group (6-10 guys) of committed guys. It's tough to find the right chemistry and loyalty, but it can be done.
Develop an atmosphere that attracts people with energy. Move to a Barnes and Noble type of atmosphere rather than a public library environment. People are attracted to alpha Energy. Churches need to stop hiring beta guys. Stop hiring beta energy youth directors and praise team leaders. It's enough already with that mentality. Beta people attract other beta people. It's bad energy. From the pulpit and stage, stop with all the feminine hand gestures and body language. It's toxic. These are all real issues that need to be addressed. How to fix it all? Again, develop a core group of guys that understand RedPill principles and how to implement them in a Christian context.

Bonus Item: We as RedPill Christian leaders need to establish a network for training and mentoring. We need to meet on a regular basis in person once or twice a year and then also more frequently via phone or Internet, etc. If anyone has an interest in getting started, let me know.
