I went through a long anger phase after discovering the redpill in 2012. Focus on your christian mission and life goals and less about the social problems and it will help. However, I will tell you I am still angry to some degree. And there is really nothing wrong with being angry. Anger is not evil by its nature, and there is such a thing as righteous anger, as displayed by God himself. Therefore it is fine to be angry, but you must be careful to not let it control you or dictate your attitude/actions.

LIke any sin among the people, the enemy is not the person, it is sin/depravity/satan that is the enemy. Keep that in mind as you feel the anger.

Just accept that it's the way it is, and remind yourself you can't change that's beyond your power.

Ah, the anger phase of the Red Pill. Comes in waves because it was never fully dealt with. With full knowledge of a situation comes understanding. You're still working through it. Trying to fit everything together to make sense of it all. The key to this is to know God's plan. Once you figure out how He could use hypergamy to His benefit things will become clear. There can be a lot of anger in the #RedPill world. What has helped me the most is to focus on the awareness trail. I keep trying to raise my awareness about people and the world. It helps to think of life here on Earth as a temporary place. This isn't my long term residence.

I keep reading more books.

The Road Less Traveled was a good starting place. Part of having #RedPill awareness involves going your own way. It can be a lonely trail a lot of the time. I have had to learn to unplug from all the madness in our world. It's not easy and I have not reached my goals in that regard yet. But I'm in a much better place than I used to be.

I try to have an "outcome independent" mindset about things. I try not to let every little thing through me off my game. The more I have raised my awareness, there has been a much smaller Gap between my awareness and reality. And that means there is les of a "Crazy Gap" for me to get sucked into. The "Crazy Gap" principle is a great concept to get get hold of and I will do a separate post on that soon. Keep an eye out for it.

The Crazy Gap is where all the pain happens. When you focus a lot on societal issues it can chew up a lot of RAM in our brains.

Practice letting some of that craziness go. I doesn't matter where it goes. Just let it go somewhere else. It doesn't have to take up your RAM. Stay away from the Crazy Gap. Continue to raise your awareness so that you will be closer and closer to reality. That will shrink your Crazy Gap and you will have less pain the closer you get to reality.

You have to allocate in your mind some odds that certain things will happen. Understand that the world is a jungle with stop signs. Things will blind-side you from all angles and with all kinds of crazy stuff. You have to allocate for that reality and assign some probability to that eventuality. Try to maintain a presence of outcome independence.

That has helped me on my journey. Maybe it will help others also.

On any given issue, find the source of the anger.

If you can do something about it, engage it and make a positive change.

If you can't, then focus your efforts on something unrelated, yet productive.

On the first point, I'll remind you that:

“(For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds;)”

Lastly, avoid the media sources that feed this anger. In your case, social media and other outlets that promote this stuff.

Don't be angry at the feminists and SJWs. They have been consistent to their beliefs since day 1 (abolishing Patriarchy and giving women the rights of men without responsibility).

Be angry at the conservatives and the Complementarians. They have been useless for the past 200 years and they don't even know what they're conserving. They just want to stop all social progress at a specific point of time and hope it lasts forever. Of course it doesn't work. That's why SJWs of today are the conservatives of 20 years later. Rinse and repeat. Every revolution can only last for as long as it's counter-revolution doesn't materialize. In the case of the feminist revolution, their opponents have been so useless that till today no Conservative group in the West have succeeded in reversing social progress in any form. If anything, Conservatives actually enable feminism by serving as the face of "misogynists" for the progressives/SJWs to point at, and Conplementarians do the same thing in Church by teaching pseudo-feminism from the pulpit.

You deal with the anger by submitting it to God and letting Him use it to build His Kingdom. Every once in a while God will give you opportunities to make a difference. A man of God who learns to hide his anger from the World is a powerful weapon indeed.
