Brain scans, controlled studies, evolutionary psychology, and anthropology, demonstrate that men and women are not the same! We are physically & mentally different. We input, process and deliver information differently . We evolved with different priorities, and we are marinated in different combinations of hormones. This leads to a misaligned interpretation of reality...which creates conflict, not only in our love lives, but in our family lives, and the lives of our children. The following is an explanation of one of the 3 main mating strategies used by males: short term strategy, long term strategy and rape. Women have different mating strategies.

Promiscuous Male mating strategy or "why he won't marry you" even if you are wife material, this strategy can be rationalized in a number of ways (example 1, example 2) by the "left-brain interpreter" , but is real!

Male Promiscuity - spreading of the seed. This strategy focuses on the many offspring instead of the successful long term taking part of raising it, which basically means, screw as many girls as you can and then bounce once pregnancy occurs. Robber Writer of "The moral animal" puts it like this: "natural selection may favor males that are good at deceiving females about their future devotion". But I want to point out most men are not doing this connivingly, this is built right into them.

The best way to lie is to believe the lie yourself. Men fall in love at first sight. Men fall in love chemically, way faster than women. It seems that evolution has built in a sincere mechanism of temporary pair bonding. Love lasts about six months, just enough time to knock up a girl and then leave once you fall out of love. Today, this mating strategy is highly prevalent. Why: 1. No risk, 2. No guilt and 3. Plenty of promiscuous women.

1: No risk. Today we have high population density, which makes spreading of the seed really easy (except for STDs, but that doesn't stop some of them).

2: No guilt. Today we have a huge safety net, you can call it "the welfare state". Which absolves the man/father of any guilt of abandoning his family, because he knows that they're not going to start to be ostracized or suffer in any obvious way.

3: Plenty of promiscuous women. When a majority of women are openly promiscuous, it sends the signal to men that they can't trust paternity. So why would they choose a mating strategy with high male parental investment when they're not even sure if their children are there's. This makes men unconsciously select the spreading the seed strategy.

Robert Wright puts it like this: "there is some level of female promiscuity above which male parental investments plainly makes no genetic sense. If a woman seems to have an unbreakable habit of sleeping with a different man each week (tinder), the fact that all women in that culture do the same thing, doesn't make her any more logical. In such a society men should, in theory, give up entirely on concentrated parental investment and focus solely on trying to mate with as many women as possible. That is, they should act like chimpanzees. When he says chimpanzees, he's not trying to be insulting, he's being literal. Chimpanzees are highly promiscuous.

This is where the whole "don't sleep with a guy in the first date" thing comes from. It's not patriarchy, it's evolution. The madonna/whore dichotomy (exhibit A and B), in the male psyche is universal.

One other aspect, that is overlooked, is the constant access to internet porn, that activates, in the early stage of brain development (teenage years), the short term mating strategy (promiscuous mating strategy) and could possibly, permanently, rewire the male brain to not use the long term strategy of parental investment.

These are not hard rules, but they are an important insight into how we function and what motivates us. They show that your sex comes with a blueprint which heavily influences our behaviour and how we view the world.  

Feel free to review the sources, as I'm sure this list isn't perfect. But that's why the list so extensive (I cut it down from 100 differences), there's too many to discount an innate, biological difference between the sexes.

Also, as in Ignaz Semmelweis's case was shown (and many other cases throughout history), just because the medical or academic field is cautious (call it intellectual arrogance or the "god complex"), doesn't mean it doesn't fail in concluding the correct cause.

NOTE: For all the MGTOWs and redpillers. You guys are being fooled by the advertising and porn industry that the "end game" is to sleep with a lot of women. That is not the game! The game is to have as many surviving offspring. Most guys fail at even convincing one woman to have their children. The reason why sex feels so good to you, is because of the built in biological mechanism to maximize the chances of procreation. You are basically fapping yourself out of the gene pool.
