Be a magician. Never reveal the full extent of your tricks, or the game will be up...more on that in a bit.

When a girl asks about you, your history, things you have done and things you have achieved...all this inquisitiveness is because she is trying to build a complete picture of you and cross reference it with the fantasy she has in her head. This is why you must be strategic in how little you expose, only then will she still maintain her peaked interest in you.

Try and remember that even though AWALT, they may not even be aware of it themselves. Some like to remain plugged in and live in the fantasy world they are used to, they are comfortable having been indoctrinated by Disney and they are still longing for the Prince who WILL come and save them, so that they can live happily ever after.

So, where do you come in? You have to take full advantage of the situation by revealing as little as possible. The reason why we love magic is because of the mystery that surrounds it, what do we immediately ask when we see a magic trick? \"How did he do that!\". It is a very natural thing to ask and you will then probably spend ages discussing things with your peers about how the magician did the things he did and how amazing it was.

That is until...the magician reveals the secrets to you, and just like that, the magic is gone. You will know exactly how he did it, and although it might be clever and different, that spark is now gone. The discussion with peers will stop because there is no aura of spectacle, it's just an easily explainable, straight forward trick.

If you are the magician and you are holding back from telling a woman all about you and you are keeping her on edge, she will want to see more of the show and enjoy every moment. She will constantly ask you for details, but instead, you should only give her clues and suggestive hints. Never tell the full extent of what you are. Never show her behind the curtain otherwise she will realise that you are not the wonder she has created in her head and she will try and find this imaginary concept elsewhere... it does not exist. I repeat. It does not exist, but that will not stop her trying to find that magic that isn't.

Show her the magic, keep the secret to yourself and you can both enjoy the show...even though it will be from completely different perspectives.

TL;DR- Be like a magician and never reveal everything about yourself, otherwise you run the risk of ruining the magic for her and she will run off and try and find the magic in someone else.
