This friend has spent years talking about the ways in which her husband would be a bad father. He has some typical LVM traits like crappy at household management, blockheaded about his interests vs hers, nothing major just basic scrote things. She seemed on the fence about kids, so I figured her talk about how he's not suited for fatherhood was just childfree talk... but now she's talking about trying for a baby?

We all know what happens when a woman has a kid with a man whom she ought to know will be a bad father. There are one-off stories here and on mom subs and elsewhere. But does anyone know of a more unified resource that might be relevant, a book or something specific I can gently suggest to her? Under the guise of social norms about motherhood maybe. I'm not naive enough to think I'll change her mind, but I can at least ask her to think about why she's doing this, considering everything she's said about him.
