Hey :)

Long story short - I am feeling incredibly stressed out and I need help coping.

Longer story- my husband is the manager of a warehouse where there have been 2 positive covid people and 2 more with symptoms. He hasn’t had an symptoms and has tested negative so far (getting tested again today). However I have been sick (doesn’t seem like covid, but I can’t work until I test negative). He was in close enough contact that the chances are high that he would have caught it. Husband is working longer hours and is very stressed out because they were already short people and now they have 4 people gone (it’s a small place so there are like 3 people there doing the job of like 8 people). I’m stuck in the house with 4 kids who are bouncing off the walls. Neither one of us has any energy for anything at all - even supporting the other person. I know it’s pretty much survival mode for the next week or so - I just dont want to eat my stress. We can’t have any babysitters or anything like that to help us out.

I’d love some input on coping with stress from an outsiders point of view. Thanks.
