A book that has helped me a lot is What Every Body is Saying, it's about how to read body language by Joe Navarro, an expert who used to do interrogations for the fbi.

It goes much further than the usual internet search about body language and is very useful for everyday life. Most importantly for this sub, it allows us to better judge someone's sincerity.

It was a pleasant surprise for me to find out that this book is listed in the FDS handbook booklist 😄
