Stimulation while nursing causes extra production. We have healthy children that were a little fat from breastfeeding. Some nursing is also fun as part of foreplay, after all, if she's happy with her body,nursing is just another function of the amazing abilities God made her body able to do. Her body still produces some fluid from her chest during intercourse depending on her hormones and how intense things are beforehand, our youngest child is 10 now. I'm an evangelical pastor for reference.

I just know that I go through a half gallon of Half & Half a week because I take my coffee light, so I totally welcome having milk at my disposal. LOL

What is the goal here?

Is she asking purely on the basis of wanting to produce intimacy with you? Or is she simply looking for relief? Either way, it's permissable. But if she is looking for the latter you can maximize your benefits with using a manual breast pump in tandem. The goal, I believe she is looking for, is to induce the "let down reflex," which is accomplished through sucking.

Breastfeeding is an often understated miracle of God. The way infants seem to know what to do and the way a woman’s body naturally responds. It’s just incredible. There is still so much we don’t know about the process.

For instance, a mother’s milk will change based on what nutrients the child needs. In other words, the milk will adjust to complement whatever else the child in consuming.

Plus, what may be perceived as odd behaviors by the child actually helps the process. Like when a baby will latch for a second. Then pop off. Then latch. Then pop off. Then latch for a whole meal. Many parents get annoyed at that behavior and just want the baby to nurse when, in fact, the baby is creating a better let-down of the milk for a much better feed.

Anyway, it’s just amazing. If you haven’t lately or at all, you and your wife should go see a lactation consultant.

And enjoy the miracle that God created in your wife’s bosom. 🙂

If she's not producing enough, you're certainly welcome to try, but I don't think you'll get any out, so I'm not sure how much it will actually help to supplement what she's lacking.

Careful because human milk contains a lot of hormones including estrogen. That's why a lot of babies, boys and girls, have excess breast tissue in the first year of life that goes away as they get older.

Completely natural but could mess with a grown mans hormone levels and you could develop gyno (man boobs)
