I definitely don’t think gynecomastia is attractive.

If we’re talking about muscular guys, it’s attractive if their chest is well proportioned to the rest of their body.

Maybe bisexual women like big pecs? But being a straight woman I prefer smaller flat but still perky muscular pecs with large wide shoulders and strong arms. I care more about abs and shoulders, the pecs barely register lol

Man boobs are very unappealing to me both by obesity and lifting.

I'm going to assume that's why many women love swimmers or cyclists' bodies.

It makes sense that what many guys consider to be Chad mimics the body of a woman.
