I love this show because they use Dennis as an explicit way to show men how creepy conventional dating strategies are. “The implication” gets me every time.

The woman's face in this had me laughing so hard. She's so shocked and appalled by the audacity while the other scrotes are cheering.

Looking back though, this is what the former male "friend" of mine tried to pull when he was getting rapey with me. He demonstrated his value by acting and pretending to be my friend and have my back, he suggested a few hangouts (I really thought it was platonic) and its not that the place was closed but that he lured me into his house for some alcohol/food his family didn't like and I could have it. There was an almost full case of beer! I had been to his house and knew his family plenty of times so I didn't think anything of it. And he tried to make his move on me. I left before it happened thank god, and afterwards he reached out trying to say he had "a lapse of jugdement" and wanted to make up for it and he needed me and appreciated me as a friend. The dude had tried to rape me. I honestly think he was pulling the Dennis method he was a big fan of this show! So glad I cut him out of my life!

I literally had a man pop my tire and act like he had no idea in an attempt to get me stuck at his place longer. Fortunately I knew better cause this is EXACTLY the type of shit men do. And of course, while he was busy sitting there NOT helping me while on the phone calling tire shops he fell asleep. Which was sort of a relief as I just wanted to take care of the matter without having to argue my reasons with this socio. After a few calls I started getting mad thinking what he did was essentially working then thought "hell nah fuck this shit" jumped in my car, drove it with a flat tire until I saw a tire shop about a mile a way. I did cause some slight damage to the rim from driving it flat but was able to cover the cost of straightening it back out along with a new tire with the money from his wallet. Plus some. Ha!
