IMO, in practical terms, this means put yourself first. Always. Sure she might be a great gal and you might enjoy her company but as soon as your boundaries are crossed you must be willing to take the L and walk away. You enjoy her but you don't NEED her.

All you have to do is not give a fuck. That mentality will seep into everything you do.

I've never been cheated on even when I dated bitches who had a history of cheating and that's because I held all the power and the leverage.

They thought losing me would be like losing water. The thought of it stressed them out.

I cheated on them and guess what they did....kept coming back out. They couldn't help themselves.

And all of it was possible because 1) I got game and 2) because I didn't give a fuck

Rule one means that if you are more well put together than the other person then you won’t have to rely on them. I.e. You make 100k/yr with little debt and only pay 20% of your income to bills. How likely are you to rely on your gf in this scenario?

I.e.2 you’re in the 1000lb club. How likely are you to rely on your gf to open a stuck jar of mayonnaise?

Any way you slice it you have to be better.

I see it also a power dynamic that is always balancing with both beta and alpha behavior coming from you. Kind of like a seesaw.

You want it on your side. You can certainly be a little beta but only as a reward for her behavior that you want seen.

Also, if at anytime you realized that you are jumping through hoops just to please someone... then the balance is on the wrong side and most like you are about to fly off the seesaw.

I think of rule one in terms of emotional investment. Whoever is more emotionally invested in the relationship takes the less dominant position, along with the ideas of enlightened self-interest and outcome independence; you, and no other, should be your mental point of origin.

The whole idgafos attitude must be internalised, otherwise it comes off as disingenuous. You must truly be apathetic, truly outcome independent.

If any of these principles are violated, frame is undoubtedly lost.

the 1st rule does not mean to have a IDGAF attitude, that's an incorrect evaluation. I don't know how you've taken a simple logical concept and managed to misinterpret that.
