I purposely use the term "offspring" as opposed to "children" because it seems to me like a lot of people want to breed simply because they they see babies and kids as some sort of toys or dolls to play with, oblivious to the fact that those cute babies are human beings that will grow to be angsty teenagers and perhaps damaged adults.

Anyone else here is not particulary enthusiastic about having "kids"? I frankly don't see the point in it, especially not nowadays when the family unit is not as important as it used to be and the chances of your offspring growing up without a father are increasing. What's more, the devasting effect mass media and social media have on people is likely to ruin whatever efforts you make as a loving father.
