Tired of seeing the Indian Race Trolls on AskTRP. It's like a constant horde of pests, can't seem to get rid of them

They don't want help. They don't want actual advice. They just want to whine and mope and complain and have other people pat them on the back and whine and complain with them and tell them life isn't fair.

They don't want to put in the effort, they would rather just throw in the towel and have shoulders to cry on.

As usual when I tell the Indian Race Trolls to STFU and lift and stop whining and do what you can do to improve, this post now get a conga line of replies from other Indians saying "It's not as easy as you make it seem" and "I am Indian and I agree with the OP, we have it hard" and fueling the woe is me fire.

As an Indian, I agree! Indian guys have very low confidence level. Most of the guys do not do sports or workout in a gym. That is exactly why there are so many Indian guys who are out of shape. They blame it on the bad genes whereas the reality is bad diet and no exercise. To top that, most of them buy cheap clothes and do not clean up well. OP is right on about ear and nose hair.

I know this because I was that loser until I was 26. I lost weight, started working out and Running. Bought nice clothes and started getting haircuts regularly from an Italian hairstylist (since I live in Europe). I could feel the difference in the way people interacted with me before and after my weight loss. I could also notice the difference in my attitude after the weight loss. I definitely recommend following things to fellow Indians who really want to improve their lifestyle,

1) Get in shape - Good workout plan (30%) + Good diet (70%)

2) Have a good hobby (Running, Dancing, Hiking, Horse Riding, etc.) other than watching movies, TV series and playing video games.

3) Buy good quality clothes, accessories and perfume.

4) Be Independent from your parents. This way they cannot force you into arranged marriages. This doesn't mean abandon them. Know how to confront them.

5) For those living in other countries - Stop cooking Indian food all the time and try some local stuff. This saves so much time for other things.

Objectively speaking, this guy is pretty handsome and if he was in India, he would get swarmed by 1000's of Indian women, whether he was beta or alpha. On the other hand, the girl is hot too, so yeah he's doing well.

Other then that, he's had success being a male model, which by itself speaks a lot about his confidence and insecurities about how or what he looks like. This is definitely something females are attracted to, plus his tall height like you mention (6ft2). Not all of us can be models, but we can work on our bodies and change up our styles to what makes us feel better about ourselves and gives us more confidence (not what others think, but how you personally feel).

So, overall, i agree with you, he put in the work, chased after his dreams, obviously takes care of his looks, plus being a model he would know how to dress well and fashionable, and all this attracts women like a magnet. He put himself out there and got what he wanted.

EDIT: Also, living right by Toronto and frequenting it a lot, I see many many indian men with white girls, hot ones too. I think they have something for white girls lol. I do too, but, there's a lot I see that are successful with these white girls, so yes indian men can do it, if they put in the effort and work, and become confident.

i've met a few indian bros who actually lifted instead of being bluepill nerds and those guys had no problems hooking up with hot girls, including the magical blonde bombshells you guys obsess over. one of these player indians was a straight up frat bro Chad. he wasn't particularly tall or handsome or anything, he was just swole af and would wear super tight polo shirts that showed off his muscles. dude would go to parties and hot white sorority girls would approach him and start grabbing his muscles.
