By 44, most women have become completely sterile. Only biologically possible via hormone therapy and implantation of a fertilized egg. By 40, most women have become mostly sterile and while there is a small probability, it's not likely to be possible without medical assistance.

That subreddit's name bothers me, coupled with the sardonic title of the post highlighting this tweet it becomes something that needs to be addressed. How is it that THIS many women were not taught that their fertility goes down as they get older?? Sex Ed needs to get reinstated or something needs to happen. The amount of failed pregnancies and miscarriages could be prevented with some simple biology knowledge. Feelings can't change that...but something tells me this is both preaching to the choir and preaching to those that HAVE tried to tell these women. Well, they won't be happy with the results of this willful ignorance...and they wouldn't have been happy without the ignorance either. ;)

I'm 32. Getting divorced. No kids. Wouldnt want to have kids with someone I didnt know for at least five years. So... potentially never having kids I guess. Fucking depressing
