Ive watched that show "The Americans" and never could believe Keri Russell could take down a man 4 times her size and weight. The same with Maggie Q and all these other skinny women. Im not buying it.

Bullshit. I watched Star Trek Discovery and I watched a 5'1" 50 year old Asian woman out fight and kill a 7' tall Klingon. And then her 98lb lesbian black (but not TOO black) first officer do the same thing. Don't hate GRL Power okay? This is real and don't get me started on comparing real life to Harry Potter.

As a twice ex-world champion of martial arts little-to-no-restriction-era of sparring competition and as a many-times combat veteran, I can tell you this whole last 20 years has been fucking hilarious to me.

This idea of female empowerment where it shows these tiny women who clearly don't work out at all having any physical prowess or mental talent when all actual real world evidence shows they don't is just purely retarded.

I don't care if its a silly game-fighting ring with boxing, kickboxing, mma, etc. Women can't fucking fight and a massive number of them can't bring themselves to even come close to adopting the lifestyle that men have to in order to be at the top of this culture.

These "women superheroes" lately have to be the worst. I've been a top professional personal trainer for years and its so obvious that NONE of these women are remotely physically fit in the way a top professional male warrior would be. I was forced to go see "Wonder Woman" and holy shit those toothpick arms and non-existent shoulders along with her weak-as-fuck back would've never let her even lift weapons made of any sort of metal.

What women do not understand is that men are build for combat and violence, both physically as well as mentally. We are ready to take a punch and then still being able to deal violence in return.

They believe that just because we usually just don't do it, despite their opposite claims, we are not capable of doing so. And they believe that we are such well-domesticated little puppies by now that we would not retaliate when they use us as punching ball.

They believe that they can kick us, punch us, scratch us without ever having to fear retaliation, because so many of us seem to think by now that we just take it in fear of society punishing us for not wanting to be the victim any longer.

It pretty much reminds me of that friend of mine who thought he could annoy my old tomcat with impunity. I've not only told him to leave my cat the fuck alone, I've warned him about the consequences. But since my boy was such a peaceful and indulgent cat, he would not believe me - until my tomcat had enough amd jumped right into his face. Now try to get rid of 7 or 8 kg (he was not fat, he was actually that big) of angry, battle seasoned norwegian Forest Cat half-breed when it has its claws punched into your face... the injuries as well as the wailing were significant. And we are talking about the cat that endured my little niece trying to ride on him and pulling his tail without any complaint.

The same is true with men - we usually just take the beating, but once one of us loses his patience, the results can be devastating. And women nowadays simply don't understand this nor would they give a fuck, because they automatically assume that they will always have the upper hand.

I quit watching The 100 because it was so unrealistic in that regard. Tiny females new to fighting would train for 6 weeks and then take down the equivalent of a male heavyweight boxing champion.

Told his story before, but will tell it again. A former friends wife was telling me about how she knows Ju jitsu or whatever the fuck it was and that she could defend herself against a man. I pointed out that self defense classes often give you an unrealistic impression of how you can defend yourself and can be dangerous for women if they choose to stay and fight rather than simply run. She's 5'1 and 100lbs maybe a little more, I have a ft height and 100lbs on her. I say ok, lets go outside and see if you can fend me off. Her only defensive move was to try and kick me in the balls, I caught her leg and dropped her to the ground. Now I didn't hurt her or anything, but if I could do that without injuring her, just think what someone with ill intent could do. She and ex friend no longer talk to me.

Even more hilarious is clearly no one taught these actresses how to throw a punch. It’s really comical when you pay attention to the way they hit and magically knock a solid guy twice (or more) her size out.

I am not a big guy, but dayaumn, I wouldn’t even feel most of those punches, kicks, etc. it’s hilarious.

This is true I compete In MMA jujitso and judo,I do it for fun on on off...Far from some bad ass ninja master,but I think I have a natural gift for martial arts.

I have spared with women that are so called black belts to the millionth degree,most of them get gassed up by the senseii.Everyone even bet this female could beat me in this one group I was in.

She was 25, had been training for years since she was a kid had multiple belts and she wasn't small about 6'1" 220lbs a big girl.

I'm not short but I have a small frame so I don't look big or strong but I'm around 4% body fat and do strength training when not doing martial arts so at 170 I can bench press 415 llb and dumbell curl 145lb each arm.In the gym strengh is my focus, not looking cut.I don't have a special diet I drink beer and eat pizza,pie,burgers and ice cream.

So I spar with this beast of a woman first she tried man handling me then she tried technique then I got tired of her and choked her out.Match time 40 sec.I don't like sparring with females and rarely do it but they hyped this girl up and senseii made me do it.

I sparr with 13 and 14 year old boys that where more of a challenge one even beat me once he's a HS wrestler only 15.
