Hey buddy. I can definitely offer a similar situation. I was very much a beta bitch all the way up until this year, actually. 31 years old. Always, and I mean ALWAYS in a relationship through my teens and twenties. It wasn't until my last relationship ended 2 months ago with a childish, selfish, manipulative thieving woman that I started going on my own search for myself and came across the MGTOW philosophy.

I truly believe that my dependence on women throughout my life kept me from pursuing and achieving a lot of goals. As a recent example, for the last six months or so, I've been working to get a game published independently. But with the adult child In the house always nagging me about not paying enough attention to her, I made very little progress. Her continued existence in my life may have guaranteed this project dying on the vine. Now I'm well on my way to seeing that goal become a reality before the end of this year, because I can devote my time and energy to it without being nagged to death and made to feel guilty about it.

My health has also seen an improvement. I'm a shorter guy, 5'7", but I've always been in good shape. I can tell you now at 31, though, I'm getting into the best shape of my life. Stronger, faster, more flexible and agile than I've ever been. At the gym 4 days a week, pounding out deadlifts, pull ups, dips, farmers carries, bench press, vertical leaps etc. Big compound moves to regain my foundational strength. When I was dating I didn't I have the motivation or the energy to go. I felt drained all the time. I was a down to 165 lbs, from my usual 180. I've since gained back 12 pounds (good weight) in just this short span of time. Again, because I'm free to go to the gym whenever I feel like it, and don't have any bullshit distractions.

Take advantage of the fact that you got out early sir. I wouldn't call you a late bloomer at all. This is the beginning of moving towards the peak of your life. Tell me you don't feel stronger mentally and physically now than when you were a kid at 18 to 20. Just at a core level.

Sorry, I'm rambling. My point is, don't squander these years, bro. Be a man, stay focused on your goals, and don't let a woman hold you back from whatever it is you're trying to accomplish.

Dude. I'm 35, was a huge beta until pretty much a few years ago when I started to figure shit out.. divorced my wife and now I'm pulling 18yo pussy and up. Quality partner? Lift and don't worry about it.. it'll come running. However it's a lose lose proposition for all guys that want a family. 20-25 they want to eventually get out and get fucked. 25-30 they want a family and you might be lucky to get a good one that can commit. Past 30 any good girl has had 10 years of repeated attention and she will have some kind of major flaw since she hasn't comitted yet (most of the time). past 31-32 you should not even think about it. So basically the dating game is shit for all of us. Atleast for the long term, we can still fuck good looking girls but you won't find the kind of women that you can depend on for a lifetime.

The key with this, as with anything, is discipline. When people guess my age, they consistently say 33-36. Yes, I have good genetics, but a good part of that is living right, eating right, and exercising/gym. Be able to delay short-term gratification for long term gain, and IMO you will be a force well into your 70s.

Fuck chasing chicks in itself. I think that is a misunderstood message here. Focus on absolutely becoming the best you possible. Focus on your health/body, your career/money, and consistently bettering yourself overall, and trust me acquiring the most abundant commodity I know (pussy) will be the least of your worries. I am living proof of it. Hell, just this past winter I had a 22 year old fellow Ski Patroller just begging me to nail her. I didnt for a whole host of reasons, but it was absolutely there for the taking without me even trying.

I cannot stress it enough, have discipline, and focus on your health, your money, and being the best you possible. Do that, and your life will turn out beyond your wildest dreams. Trust me, Im talking from experience.
