I love people like that who think that they can sue multinationals for just about anything, it's even more hilarious when they work for them. My supervisor is a woman, my job is more or less to manage my own time, so I get at least 30mins earlier, and most of the day I leave 5mins earlier to avoid traffic, and my sales manager (of the whole company) knows it and agree with me since I always arrive earlier. She on the other hand, at least once a week came late like 15mins to 2 hours.

She bitched at me that I leave 5mins earlier, but nothing about she coming late to work.... and not only that, we fill up hour sheets, and I just look at her and she always put that she came on time, while I put that I leave 5mins earlier. The only thing she doesn't contemplate is that there are cameras in all the office and we could see who is in the wrong, but she is afraid of doing so because is not convenient for her.
