It's even worse, most of the things we do are not controlled by us. We are constantly controlled and manipulated by hormones, and those who know how to trigger those hormones. We are just pawns in a much bigger game.

The black pill is the most bitter pill among all. You will squirm, you will belch, you will find it extremely nauseating. And that is so, because the black pill contains hard truths about society.

Society doesn't give a fuck whether you are kind or not. People are garbage, they only care about your looks or status. You could as cold-blooded as Stalin but so long you have looks/status, people will treat you nicer than the genuine kind guy who has neither.

The examples of Jeremy Meeks and Tinder Chadfishing are the finest display of black pill. Nobody cares about your personality, no matter what they say. Chad could carry out a genocide and many women will still salivate over him, because of his good looks.

And once all the effects of the black pill is over, you are truly free. And you no longer try to please people anymore, you just do what the fuck you want cause life is short.

Some drugs (e.g LSD) taken in high dosage make people experience this, in case of a bad trip they fight against it (depressive feelings, inadequacy, emptiness) , in a good trip they see how things have been bugging them all along, but it was only a problem in their mind.

Same here man. Nothing matters really. When you die you won't be able to take your money, your job title, or anything else. It won't even matter if you worked 60 hours a week or if you laid on the beach all day.

I think when I'm on my death bed the only thing I will care about is if I wasn't an asshole to my loved ones and if I made their life easier.

I would suggest you to find your hook.

An anchor if you may.

This thing (i.e hook) needs to make you happy. It doesn't have to be big thing.

Take for an example, a while back I was in, kinda of bad phase in life. Nothing was bringing me any sort of happiness or motivation to do anything in general.

At the time, my hook was to help my relative's with their tech problems. Smartphone, PC, etc.

Then I shifted on to helping them set up their business and some personal websites.

Then I moved on to walking a mile on treadmill every day.

Then I moved on to cooking a fresh meal once a day.

Then I started waking up early in morning. Which I'm still doing.

Currently, My hook is that I have bought a PS4(I know I'm late) and started playing few games.

So remember, this hook doesn't have to be "just 1 thing". As the time progresses you can shift to a new thing.

What I'm trying to say is, you need to look within to find this hook.

Confusing "I didn't matter to 'her'" with "you don't matter as a person" is dangerous. I think a lot of guys go through this.

You matter. I matter. We all do. And not just because we come to a place of realizing it within, which is true.
