You're right. We should carry out an operation to help these men who have a high chance of offing themselves. In the British Isles we have this support group called the Samaritans to counter suicidal tendencies within desperate individuals. They leave signs near suicide hotspots. The last straw was coming home and seeing used condoms in the bathroom trash. No man should have to smell another man’s cum in the place they live (unless that’s their thing).
Fortunately a coworker let me stay in their basement until I got my condo back (I rented it out so I could help her with the mortgage while I payed mine).
She made it seem like “this was a bump in the road, just a temporary break” and we would get back together. Like a dumbass I assumed this was all my fault. Even went to couples counseling. She told them “I want sparks and novelty and your just a warm glow. I’m looking for butterflies”.
She got this 3,000 sq ft new townhouse that was beautiful and she said on the way out “I bet your going to miss that refrigerator with the ice maker and water dispenser”; and also said “Don’t you wish you had a chance to experience this new body of mine”?
She is a worthless piece of shit. Money doesn’t buy class. She kept me on the hook for a year saying she was just “making her mind up” and my simp ass just waited. And waited. And she would want to see me and have dinner every so often and coffee to go “talk”.
I wasted 8 years of my life (the relationship of 7 and the 1 year of being led on).
And this is me being honest - yeah she did drive me to a suicide attempt: sliced my arm up, wanted to bleed out all over her beautiful kitchen and fuck it up as a last sign of defiance. Fortunately the knives were not sharp and I could not do a whole lot of damage.
Her family didn’t really think I was that great. Her mom thought she should be with some tall Italian guy (they are Boston Italians) and her dad made used to make comments about how as an engineer in an office I don’t use tools on a daily basis and would not be able to fix things when they break in the house.
Fuck. I just could not win:
Never again will I suffer for a woman.
I am posting this to help people understand how bad I was fucked emotionally and otherwise from her. Yes this video is embarrassing but it’s my letter to Sandman.

Alcohol is not "pure evil". Like most things in life, if you abuse it you get shit. Even food, that is essential, if you eat and eat and eat, because you're depressed or sad, or simply bored... you get obese and die! ooo... the humanity!
There are indeed warnings to tell you not to be stupid as a brick when dealing with alcohol. The idea is that you are doing something potentially dangerous, therefore, be aware of it's dangers.
No one gets addicted so fast. If you are getting used to drink every time you feel bad, then yes, chances are that you will gonna become an alcoholic. Hopefully you are not that stupid to do that, and keep the booze only and ONLY for special occasions....
While alcohol is not the best solution, some other guys are doing worst than that. Drugs, depression, anti-depressants, pills, and so on. When it comes to dealing with shitty emotional pain, alcohol helped a lot of men in the world and in the time. That is why men are in love with it so much, because it worked!
Of course, if you know yourself to be easily addicted, then stay the hell out of it and go do some yoga, hiking, contact sports, break some wood, demolish a house (as a part time construction worker, it pays and you can really really feel good about breaking shit up) and so on.

There is no level of commitment you can provide that will stop women from upgrading at the earliest opportunity.
