As someone who has studied biology, I can understand the concept of males being viewed as more expendable than females due to the understandable perception of females being the valued bearer of offspring while males are mere dispensers of male seed. However, one would do well to remember that fertilizing a female's egg(s) is not necessarily the end of raising the next generation of offspring.

For example, is a human baby the same as the babies of a fish, a lizard or a spider? The answer would be obviously no. After all, human babies need a lot of love are care to grow up into well-adjusted adults. Most female fishes, lizards and spiders do not take care of their young after laying their eggs or after the eggs hatch. Granted, the males do not take care of them either but let's not forget that some female spiders and mantises eat the males after mating with them.

Another thing is that some non-human males do play a role in providing and caring for their offspring. For example, male seahorses carry the eggs until they hatch. Both the males and females of some birds produce crop milk, the bird equivalent to mammalian milk, to feed their offspring. Wolves, both males and females, work together to raise their pups. In the case of Tamarin Monkeys, it is the males which take care of the young most of the time while the females mainly provide milk for their young.

Therefore, as both a human being and a male, I find the idea that my only value is to be a mere sperm dispenser and expendable utility, with no place in raising and teaching my own offspring, rather insulting.

I think the science around this is interesting... It's documented fact that when animal populations outgrow their environment (space, food supply, suitable mates, etc) the offspring pretty quickly become asexual, homosexual, or are born with missing reproductive components.

I have suspected this is what's happening to humans for years... It seems to me that nature demands MGTOW as an evolutionary step when the herd becomes weak, lame, willfully ignorant and stupid - whether due to environmental factors or otherwise - and must be thinned.

I read that article yesterday. It beat around the bush so much that it was laughable, the hamster was working overtime.
