What do your eyes say about you?

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder because value is dependent on perception. The perception of yourself is not the same perception that others have of you. This is something that you can never fully control, but there is no excuse to stop growing.

Mind, body, and spirit. These 3 foundations form your identity. It is a pyramid for your physical manifestation here on Earth. What do these 3 have in common? Quite simply, the eyes.

What can you tell about others, solely in their eyes? Well, if we look at the new Deadpool movies (or anime), the eyes have a way of conveying genuine emotional cues that our mirror neurons are able to recognize. This includes nervousness, excessive excitability, insecurity, and more undesirable traits in a high stress situation; situations involving sexually attractive females. But you can change the way your eyes look, and this is priority for displaying frame control. Let me repeat.

Your eyes are the primary demonstration of frame control.

Let us observe common behavioral patterns in eye movement. A saccade is the swift intermediate movement between two points of focus. One example is the "in between" movement when checking the time while watching something else. It can be used to convey interest with covert intentions. You ever notice people looking down while walking, looking up at you, and then back? I catch people do this, but as soon as they look at me, their eyes dart in a completely random direction. "Oh I was just trying to see this empty pocket of space, not you," is a way of putting this. A blue pill will do this. A red pill will not. "Oh, you're interesting, welcome to my life!" is what a red pill conveys with his eyes.

The goal of the red pill is to become aware of the subtle nuances in behavior that people will employ because we do this ourselves. The only difference is whether or not it becomes part of the public conversation. Any religious scripture is a record of which these nuances are exposed and took lifetimes to be held in high esteem, rather than condemned. This is why we have such trouble with feminists, even though we know that future generations will realize that sexually unattractive females redirect their sexual frustration towards other people by actively denouncing prospective sexual encounters. They reject the fact that they have to comply with the standard of living like a man, without the benefits of actually being a man.

And so, I wish to come back to the subtle nuances of the eyes. Without going further into extraneous detail, I will tell you my own personal experience that has had a tremendous impact on the interactions of my daily life.

When I was a child, I had the eyes of a child. They were full of wonder, joy, and consistently like this wherever I went.

Then came middle school. Puberty, bullies, and rejection from girls caused my eyes to change. It is very much the anger phase. The "I tried caring about things that used to bring me joy, but now they only bring me pain." I would fluctuate between the joyful eyes and the "angry hawk" eyes. This is where I entered monk mode.

Then came high school. The angry hawk eyes were still there, but a very attractive girl took notice of this and felt compassion. I did not return her advances because one of my best friends (still is) had a huge crush on her. I was for the boys and still in monk mode.

Then came college. I heard about game and tried faking it until I made it. When I finally lost my virginity, I realized how sex is a drug. It can be fun. It can be dangerous. It can be whatever you want it to be, really. But the true test is being resourceful enough to secure sex at your beck and call. I still could not do this. Monk mode again.

Now I am in graduate school at an ivy league institution (thanks monk mode) and literally all of the people in my cohort are in relationships. But I take classes with undergrads and I realized how this school also serves as a a covert marriage institution by leveraging age differences. Instead of going on about this, I will refer back to how my eyes are different now. The anger I felt when reading "The Manipulated Man," put my eyes back into the angry hawk. At the beginning of this semester, I looked at my fellow female undergraduate classmates with contempt because I suspected that they just want the ivy league degree for a higher SMV. And, for the most part, I still believe this is true.

But then something happened.

I went to NYC to visit some close friends since middle school. One of them had some Lysergic Acid Di-ethylamine (LSD). I took it and we went out to a club. At the club, I felt strangely different in a wonderful way. It was if the child before middle school came back and I felt nothing but happiness. An attractive woman approached me and said "You look like you're smiling even when you're not." And that was when I realized something.

I can ditch the angry hawk eyes. I can look at the world with the same joy and wonder in peace. I call these eyes "friendly fox." Why? Because being friendly to girls is not a bad thing. In fact, being friends with girls is what you should be doing in the first place. Sexual strategy is not just one on one. It can be, but for the most part, it is a team-based cooperative competition. You have your own resources, just as your prospective sexual partner does too. Win over her friends and they will even help you get the girl. Avoid being an emotional tampon and consistently available. Just saying "no" is a simple demonstration of establishing boundaries. You teach people how to treat you, and rejecting their attempts to overstep into your own boundaries negatively reinforces their future attempts at doing the same thing (because who else would do it?). Oh, and being a fox is pretty self-explanatory. I am in the best shape of my life right now and that is thanks to consistently lifting. In fact, I'm going to lift after I submit this post.

The friendly fox eyes have impacted my immediate interactions with people, such as those I pass by on the streets. When I speak to females, some have trouble holding eye contact (even pretty ones!). And I think it is because I show more IDGAF with friendly fox eyes than angry hawk eyes. Why? Because no one likes to be angry. It's a response to pain. The friendly fox eyes show acceptance of pain and respond with tranquility. Females are receptors of your emotions. Would you want them to feel your pain or your tranquility? Your eyes say it all.

Just try this. Go to a store with a female cashier. Look at her with angry hawk eyes and complete the transaction under this display. Now go to another store with a female cashier and try out the friendly fox eyes. They should be more open and rounded than sharp and serious. Notice the difference in reactions.

Once again, what do your eyes say about you? Does it show years and years of sexually frustrated pain? Or does it show carefree tranquility and self-assured value? IDGAF can mean "Fuck you, you are nothing, I am better, sit down or go home BITCH!" or it can mean "Okay thanks, noted. Goodbye."

Everyone of us came here because we were in pain and sought escape through self-improvement. But there is no escape from pain. Why else would we improve ourselves otherwise? Pain is one of the best teachers in the human experience because it brings avoidance motivation. The purpose of the red pill is to identify the root causes of this avoidance motivation and reform it into approach motivation. How this is done is a mystery because everyone is at their own pace, and on their own path. But part of this mystery is dispelled through noticeable improvements in physical stature. "Do you mean lifting?" Yes, I mean lifting.

Go forth and look at this world as a source of joy and wonder, not pain and misery. Those who overtly demote this are in even worse pain themselves because they reject personal responsibility for their own happiness. This is not you. You are better. You are the one.

If you have trouble lifting, start drinking pre-workout. I know that some will disagree, but for me, it is like committing to a workout because otherwise that drink is wasted energy.

Above all, keep it positive!

Edit: Reading literature, I coincidentally came across this...

The Eyes Have It

“Sell with your eyes” is the advice that Jessica Sciarabba, AT&T retail sales consultant, gives to all sales reps. “The best piece of advice about how to have a successful career in sales came from my first boss. He taught me how to make a personal connection with customers by looking at them and showing my interest in them with my eyes. It makes a difference and it really works.”Conversation with Jessica Sciarabba at AT&T store in King of Prussia, PA, August 26, 2009.

Want more of a coincidence? Aug 26 is my birthday. It must be a sign!
