TL;DR: Supposed virgin female gets drunk, claims rape.

I came across this article today, in which a supposed virgin, saving sex for marriage, claims she was "raped" by Rugby/Ex-NFL star Jarryd Hayne.

Two whole years ago, the remains-anonymous woman, known only as Ms. V, met Jarryd and his buddies at a bar. After becoming "heavily intoxicated," Jarryd drove her to his home, despite "having minimal interaction that night."

Right off the bat, I smell possible bullshit. A drunk, virgin woman, in the same room as an alpha, muscular celebrity football player, engaged in only "minimal interaction" with him. So much "minimal interaction" that she got into his car and rode to his home.

Her lawyer reminds us that women know that their pussy is their most valuable asset: “The fact is that this woman, because of her religious and moral beliefs, saved herself [for marriage] into her mid-20s and had the decision taken from her. That will have a huge impact on her and her psyche,” she said. “I think it’s something she is going to struggle with for the rest of her life.”

The accuser filed charges in April of 2016, but all charges were dropped in October 2016 due to lack of evidence. She has now filed a civil lawsuit, citing claims of sexual battery, gender violence, infliction of emotional distress and negligence.

The article states she was so drunk that "she recalled little about that night but woke the next morning, naked and draped in a sheet in Hayne’s bed." Her lawyer reminds us that she's not responsible for her actions, because "The victim was a young impressionable woman..." according to this article. The accuser also sought treatment for "vaginal pain," but pain is entirely subjective. There are no signs of forced penetration.

The timing of her civil suit is interesting, as news recently surfaced that Hayne's former teammate, Ray McDonald, settled for a six figure payout to a female accuser.

Here is a more realistic recollection of that night: woman gets drunk with alpha NFL player, becomes turned on sexually. Goes to his home, gets pounded, and wakes up the next morning, thinking "oh, shit, what have I done?" and files charges due to regret. Now, realizing she can get a six-figure payout which would probably allow her to not ever have to work again, if she's good with money, she places the civil lawsuit, as her first one was tossed because of no evidence existing that she was actually raped.
