Over the past months, I’ve been seeing almost daily posts on the asktrp page asking the same types of questions:

what’s the best reaction in situation X?

what should I say to girl Y?

what’s the best thing I can in moment Z?

And the list goes on.

Now, the thing with these questions is that they bother me. Why? Because we are a community of men that have realized the fact that being successful with women/money/social status is a long-term investment, and 90% of questions like these come from people that have found TRP, haven’t yet taken in all the information needed, and want a quick shortcut for a quick win in the sexual market...aka us helping Bob land that Mc’D cashier on Saturday night with some fire lines and quick tips.

I have discovered TRP almost a year ago, and I still remember it. I found a PDF file of all the best posts here - the TRP Handbook. Within two days that 450pg book was DONE.

The week after, The Way of The Superior Man and The Way of Men were DONE. And I didn’t even know that TRP had a functioning reddit page until I looked it up out of sheer curiosity. Later books followed.

Where am I now? I got rid of my unicorn last summer, got some months of silence, improved, and now I got a cute brunette that’ll do anything I say. I don’t need the perfect line, or the perfect hand gesture, or anything else for that matter. The only thing we all need is, as said billions of times before here, STRONG FRAME.

So guys, please, if you really are here to stay and improve, my advice to you is, in my personal order of importance:

-Read. Anything, everything. Take care of your mind. Be self-taught.

-Meditate.

-Practice a sport. I know the holy grail here is lifting, but from personal experience, if lifting is not for you, any sport that keeps your body in shape is perfect. Choose to your own liking.

-Eat good food. If you crave KFC, make it at home, eat moderately, you’ll be better off. Coke zero to top it all off.

-Sleep. Get your hours of sleep in, otherwise your day is lost.

In conclusion, women will come. All of the above will, over time, paint you in a way that will be attractive. That is your frame. Most importantly, make sure to fill in the painting within the frame. Otherwise it’s fakery, and it’s easily detectable.

The moment you won’t need to ask questions like these is the moment you will have improved.
