Courts wipe their ass with prenups. It doesn't even matter either way.

They tend to see them as signed under duress. Which in their haste to defend the poor womenz is actually hilarious. They know how hard up and starry eyed they get when a wedding is on the table (not the marriage, the wedding).

My mother has it written in her will that if she passes, non of my brothers and I will have access to our percentage of her estates or money unless our wives have signed a prenup. It is to protect our family wealth and makes it to where no one that isn't blood has the power to destroy or leverage in case anything sour happens. With that being said it takes off my shoulders the blame of having to tell a wan I don't trust her I just say my mother doesn't and it's to protect my family and what we have built. Which they end up respecting even if they aren't happy about it. I have been with my girlfriend for 2 years and she accepts it. I've still heard all that bullshit though of , "if you really loved me I wouldn't have to sign one." But then again I just reply if you really loved me you wouldn't try to suck me dry if our relationship goes sour and the document is there to make sure of it bc it's not just my money but my family's. thoughts gentlemen?

Your response: "I have car insurance, that doesn't mean I am setting myself up for a car accident, but if one happens, I'm protected"

Sadly, with most women this response won't make a difference, their thoughts are based on emotion rather than logic.

There's no good way to bring it up. A lot of women won't sign a prenup. Bring it up during the beginning of the relationship so that you don't waste a lot of time dating a woman who won't sign one.

They will get you on child support, even if cupcake signs a prenup that judges routinely dismantle. And the "child-extort" rulings are absolutely, mind-bogglingly, astronomically high if you are wealthy. Getting married is the "absolute punk proposition". Putting money in trusts offshore might help, but it has to be completely off the radar. Not too many buzzards (i.e. lawyers and accountants) know their way around those parts, even if they claim they do. Keeping a 'close,' co-inhabiting psycho (mistake #3) out of your business for the 5-10 years before she bounces, ain't going to be easy either.

One possibility you have is to put everything under the name of your father or your mother, this is what some of my friends did. Your parents are the only two people on earth that you can trust completely and you're safe in case of a divorce as, supposedly, none of the assets belong to you but they officially belong to one of your parents.

Apart from that, I sometimes saw Mensrights claiming that some judges would disregard the prenup. In this case, the wife managed to convince the judge that she was "coerced" into signing it and that therefore it doesn't count and the judge ruled in her favour...

My advice, although I'm no lawyer, would be, in order to avoid this kind of situations, to record her with a camera at your lawyer's office while she's signing it, she'll have no way to say that she was forced to do it under threat of violence or anything of that sort.

I wouldn't call it a Pre-nup. That word has a serious negative connotation to women.

A pre-nup is an agreement on how to divide separate and marital property in the event of a divorce. I would tell my potential wife that if we don't make an "agreement" to divide our property, that the court will do it for us. This is expensive and intensely confrontational. It's wise for us to make an agreement before hand to avoid spending money and confrontation.

TL;DR-Tell her you want to make an agreement.

I don't recommend that wealthy men marry women who don't understand the concept of wealth preservation. No matter how hot she is. If you truly have a lot of money and you want to keep it, don't think with your dick. Marry appropriately (to someone in the same financial position as you are and who also wants a prenup) or don't marry at all.

A good test for deciding to marry a woman: if you would die tomorrow, would you be happy for her to inherit all your stuff? If the answer is not a HUGE YES because she deserves that for being such an unselfish person, then don't! If the answer is, like in my case, a huge yes, then don't worry, in the worst case divorce is the same except with the added bonus that you get to stay alive.

I mean, I won't tell you to not marry, but don't marry someone who is just a good GF, only marry someone who is much more than that especially as a person. A truly faithful ally for life always having your back. Someone you would be happy wash out of liquid shit when both of you are 80 and she looks repulsive. This type of person you marry only.
