Only a retarded man signs a legal government contract that he has no control over and that other people he doesn't know complete strangers can change at any time for any reason without being notified prior.

Sure it helps protect men a little bit more, but all it's gonna do is take away 90% of women's incentive to get married.

And as some have pointed out, this is most likely to protect the women now who are now out-earning men. I always wondered how long it was gonna take before alimony got so fucking bad for wealthy women that the courts would be forced to do something about it.

I think you're taking this too literally. When children are involved there is always a huge amount of flexibility given. What you're saying is only for childless couples. The man usually works full time and she's the carer. If you own a house pre-marriage and pre-child, then that house is still up for grabs. The child's rights come before anything else in court and the child needs a place to live when he is with her.

Be careful guys, I had a feeling we would start to see things like this soon. Once your head is in the noose, it's still up the the judge to decide if there will be a hanging or not. When you go to divorce court, the first thing a judge does in null and void any prenuptial contract. Whatever laws may or may not be on the books, the judge will decide what happens to your money and your future. I think the new narrative will be, "Yeah, marriage was pretty scary for men in the past but the laws have changed now so it's no big deal." But, men will still be getting fed into the grinder left and right.
