My sister bitched at me for an hour about how she isn't able to find a job.

I told her to apply to a field she had experience in.

Nope. Has to be Office Jobs only.

I told her why not come down on wage (she wants $15+ per hour with no experience and fresh out of school with a PoliSci degree).

Big No to that. She called me sexiest and rude, because I make decent money and someone it's my fault she's broke.

WTF? I've been broke, only reason I have money now is because I worked extremely hard to start a business and suffered through periods of practically starving.

This women has done nothing except be in school her whole life and now she feels like she is entitled to a high-paying job.

Yet, she cry's to her BF when she doesn't get hired and refuses to change anything.

The worst one was when she got a decent job offer but refused to turn in a resume on the principle that it was a friend and they shouldn't need a resume.

Women hate fixing their own problems. They expect the world to just hand them to solution. And sadly, it quite often does.

If you listen to Jordan Peterson you'll see that he talks about that. In Big Five personality traits, negative emotion is more dominant in women i.e. anxiety and rumination. Most women personality types are high in neuroticism, high in openness, high in extroversion, low in conscientiousness and high in agreeableness. So they're slobs that are constantly open to new experiences trying to find themselves while hamstering together in groups, easily agreeable to do whatever the rest of females say, being insecure and afraid of everything blaming men for their issues.

Sounds like my fucking mother. Recently our hot water system died, which they all ultimately do, after 17 years of service. Rather than actually take the situation in hand, ring around for quotes and fix the problem, she sat on the couch and cried while yelling at me. She then got sucked in by a contractor who tried to charge her 1000 dollars for installation!!! I actually had to stop her paying him and I arranged the installation for a flat rate of 250 bucks with another company. Women are just bloody useless.

It really is strange how women often have identified the problem, and you happen to have the solution to this problem (ex. Dealing with stress, solution exercise, meditate etc.) but they simple do not want to put in the effort to do so.

It seems like young women these days would rather complain and have a problem rather then simply putting their head down and solving it.
