I've written on here before about my divorce, but long story short, my wife had an affair and left me over a year ago. Same story as many other men, especially on this board. I've essentially been MGTOW since then. The experience red pilled me hard and I haven't been able to see women the same since, so I've just gone my own way and focused on myself for the last year.

Somewhere along the way I feel I lost my sense of humor though. I also just kind of feel like I don't really get any enjoyment out of the company of other people. I've always been introverted but now it's gotten a bit more extreme. I'll think that I want to hang out with people, but after like an hour I just want them to go away so I can be alone again. And I think losing my humor is a big part of that... I struggle to make jokes now and I feel like I have to constantly force myself to fake a laugh at things that other people find funny. This stuff was all just natural for me before the divorce, and now every interaction just feels forced and like a chore.

I don't know if this is maybe a product of spending too much time alone, or if that bitch really just broke me. I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced this since swallowing the red pill and if there's anything you can do about it.
