Not gonna go into too much detail (but I probably will anyway) but they looked up all my social media posts. Shit from my Instagram and YouTube. I had a podcast on my YouTube channel that has me talking about how men and women don't think alike. They played me a snippet of it.

I literally was about to walk out then and there, but maintained my composure. I've never been ambushed about something as trivial as social media bullshit as to whether or not I'd be qualified to do a job. Forget my squeaky clean record (no arrests or run ins with the law), but let's analyze my social media opinions and how we can figure out how to to paint them in a light that makes me unqualified for said position.

This bitch had it out for me and all I could do was try and explain everything she was trying to take out of context in and very cordial and respectful manner. She even scoffed at a couple of my answers. She wasn't even hiding her disdain for me and my conservative views she'd been going over with a fine toothed comb.

I found myself defending everything from me being a woman hater to having lied to her since I had told her in an earlier interview that I did think men and women thought alike (I just didn't want to tell her what I really thought).

At the end she said that it could take weeks for them to make a decision. Basically implying that she's gonna make sure they bury my paper work and postpone shit as much as possible.

They've infiltrated everything. Even this fucking manly job I'm applying for. They hold the key to who gets hired.

I'm still pissed as fuck from what I just walked onto. Gonna contact one of the main managers higher ups and consult about what can be done. I understand there's a lot of red tape and protocol shit, but I feel like this feminist HR rep is going to do everything in her power to deny me getting hired there.

I had no idea they'd dig that deep into my social media background. It holds true fellas. If you're applying for any sort of employment where there's multiple interviews involved.... Delete everything. Even if you know you have nothing to hide.

They'll just make shit up and take small sound bites from your life out of context.

These fucking feminists and liberals are using our own right to an opinion and free speech to fuck with us. If you disagree with them in anyway they'll try to paint you out as a Nazi, woman hater.

I deleted everything on my Instagram and YouTube for future job prospects. It seems every job is now doing a social media check. Big brother happening in real time. The only way to actually express yourself today is to hide behind anonymous names like we do on Reddit.

This shit is very real. They will ruin your existence solely based on their scorn for you. Freedom of speech is dead unless you wear a mask and cover up who you actually are.

Edit: just spoke with the hiring manager who has nothing to do with HR. He said that should I be disqualified for anything regarding HR judgment, I can appeal. Which means it could be another couple of months from now. This is not good considering I was looking to be hired before 2018. I'm pretty pissed that I've gotta go through this red tape bullshit. I may take another job by then being that I don't want to wait. I'll know by mid September if I'm going to prepare to go about the appeals process. I know this bitch did everything in her power to write me a less than stellar review. But the hiring manager did say they won't just factor that, but I still do need to get the OK from them. These feminist cunts are literally playing with fire... And all because they want this sort of attention. Drama to them is a way of life. Why the fuck do companies keep hiring women in HR? Such a bad unproductive move.
