Duh all major companies will support the wage gap. It panders to 50% of the population plus most men are not against it either. If they lose our business it wont hurt them much where as if they were for the truth that the wage gap is false then they will have a campaign of women against them and lose more business.

So if this wage gap exists how come no one has ever posted a salary sheet saying the salary for men and women? Why hasn't a man and woman working at the same company in the same job posted a pay stub, with the names blurred out, with all the deductions to prove it? Because it would prove them wrong lol.

I haven't been able to snag a feminist to talk to this with but here's the unmentioned dilemma: Are woman and men the same? If no then: Do you believe in sexism against men - that the only differences are ways in which men are worse? If no then: Why then would you NOT expect there to be differences in the jobs they select and their abilities to do those jobs? If men and women are the same in your eyes (excepting physical differences) then how do you account for the differences in jobs they select on average? This seems pretty simple. Can anyone point out the flaws (or at least what a feminist would answer) ?
