She is right but, she is only pointing out the male half of the social contract. She has promised to go into the female half in a later video. The problem is that currently, only the male half of the contract is being enforced. The woman's side of it is not and they are getting away with all kinds of socially destructive behavior. The biological function of a man is to provide and protect. It is the primary function but I will summarise the last paragraph of the post:

The role of man has always been taken for granted, that he will always be there and protect. The disconnect from society removes this instinctual response that men have to protect those weaker than them. When that instinct is taken away, then a man starts to really think about his life and make calculated decisions, a cost benefit analysis if you like that an instinctual and hardwired response would not have necessarily allowed. In a world where men are not allowed to be in charge, then men will no longer act as men often do. Personally, I have no problem with that, because you can only take advantage of someone so much; he will either be completely subjugated or he will turn back and bite you. Men working in a society that actively discredits them and marginalises their roles are not going to act as men in the past often did. After all when you are not wanted you can’t be expected to be there when you are needed. As society took from men, men have also minimised their roles to the absolute minimum of what they want to do. They will protect those absolutely close to them and nothing more and that is not necessarily good nor bad, it simply is what it is. A calculated decision from men realising that their life is worth more than what their fathers thought.

Power to choose is an odd thing. It compels people to act opposite of their nature. Humans aren't much different than dogs in this case. A pack must have an alpha, for example or the remaining dogs will tear each other apart. An alpha in the pack puts the rest of the dogs at ease. They no longer have to make decisions for the pack. Choice is removed and they are healthier for it.

I suppose you could say that our position today dictates our choices tomorrow. That a woman is given choice in her duties means she is compelled to choose. This means she is compelled to find value in her duties.

It's the same reason why drill sergeants exist. If we left it to recruits to choose they would feel compelled to find value in their duties, too. We can't have that so we push them along in their duties. I suspect this is the chief reason women were not given choice in the past. The same reason men were not given choice in working or fighting. You did it or you died.

At some point this quest for liberty above duty is going to have to be called into question. I suspect this rubber would hit the road mighty fast if we practiced this same approach in medicine, engineering and/or military. Social sciences get away with it for a time because they're irrelevant. Though their poison is now creeping into power structures it has no place in.

Of course choice is not always a bad thing. It just depends on where such a thing is allowed.
