Snippedy doo dah. Just kidding. There are a few tips and tricks I've found helpful.

1) I still flit in and out of the anger and depression stages sometimes. That works well. The red pill destroyed my desire.

2) Dedicate yourself to black knighting. I find that trolling women is more fun than anything else.

3) Be a loner. This isn't something you can change (personality thing), but it's helpful if you are. I only need a minimal amount of human interaction to stay sane.

4 ) Ironically all these things make women attracted to you. Whenever I notice that I very much feel both "Aww, how cute" and "I don’t want to belong to any club that will accept people like me as a member".

If the opportunity presents itself don't feel bad about taking it. If you fight your instincts you'll get nowhere. It is better to deal with them instead.

Im a 34 year old male.

Im in my prime, I currently own and operate an IT consulting firm. Self made, didnt go to college, learned everything by myself and on the job.

Im not tall (barely 5ft 6) but I am in excellent shape and, can say without sounding like a snob, I am very handsome. Head turner handsome. So much so that on Facebook women ask "Is that really you?" "Your not posting fake pictures, are you?".

Weird thing is I have horrible self esteem, but, I manage it through prayer and spirituality.

I was raised by women. My mother and sister have scared me in many ways. I saw the raw, dark side of women. This has helped me to be wary of females, but has also given me a complete distrust for women, even younger women.

I regularly turn down women because, I do not trust them.

My honest advice:

1.- Do heavy exercise. I mean cardio AND weights. This makes you use extra energy into something positive.

2.- DO NOT MASTURBATE. Dont listen to the men who tell you to do so. This is weakness. A true MGTOW doesnt even crave a women in his mind or over a computer screen. When you become celibate, you become a demi-god. You will have so much energy you will not know what to do with it :)

I sleep only 4 hours a day, sometimes less.

3.- Meditate. Meditation is a true blessing. Dont go into freaky, New Age stuff. Basic meditation will transform you. You will slowly, yet gradually, detach from the BS of this world and go into a higher plain/consciousness.

4.- NEVER STOP LEARNING. Learn mechanics, plumbing, carpentry, electronics etc etc. Learn a new language, watch foreign films, documentaries. Expand your mind. Knowledge will make you capable of many things.

5.- Help others. Join a charity, a church. You are a MAN. You are a builder of worlds, empires, kingdoms. Help other people who have little or no inspiration.

6.- Practice being friends with a woman. You HAVE to see women as just another person. This exercise will help kill you desire for women, and see them under a different light.

7.- Have an active social life with male friends. Go out, have a drink, go shooting, fishing, do what men do. Play sports! Sport is THE gift from God to men. We are always boys, and theres nothing wrong with it.

p.s. If removing my balls, and having implants, would not have such negative side effects: I would have had them removed a loooong time ago. Dont care what others say. My testicles do not define me as a man. My spirit, heart and logic do.

I know I'm late to this party, but I'd like to make a few suggestions if I may. First of all, we're born addicted to women, and no attempt to overcome our compulsion will be completely successful, but here are some things that seem to work okay for me.

1) Keep your mind occupied, especially with something interesting that engages your problem solving faculties. Math is great for this, but I bet a foreign language, computer programming or something similar might work too. Eventually, (if what you've chosen to get focused on is interesting to you) you'll find that you'll get lost in thought contemplating some problem or another throughout the day.

2) Keep your body occupied; Get a physical hobby. For example, go to the gym and have a goal in mind (like, set a realistic goal about how much weight you want to lift and pursue it, then set a new goal). This isn't about getting fit to attract a sloot, this is just for you.

3) Be social. Find some male friends who, while they don't have to be red pill, are at least amenable to red pill philosophy; basically, find guy friends who don't talk about pussy all the goddam time, who are humorous and who are supportive.

When your mind is fixed on an interesting physics problem or when you're on an extended hike or talking about something interesting in the company of awesome friends, you're not pining for some random sloot, or obsessing over your "loneliness". At least, it seems to work okay for me.

4) Finally, kind of avoid being around or engaging with women. Of course, this is impossible to do in a strict sense--they're everywhere, but avoid situations that you know will spark negative feelings. Like, don't hang out where all the cutest but most vapid chicks hang out. If there's a restaurant with a hot but obnoxious waitress, take your business elsewhere. Also, if you're out in public, practice "not seeing" women. Don't look at them, don't hold doors for them, don't talk to them unless you need to.

I enjoyed reading the advice that others sent you, some of which contradicts mine. I suppose different strategies will work better for some people and other strategies might work better for others. Just thought I'd throw in.

I know a pretty good way. It's a buddhist way.

Learn to find disgust in the body. You should gradually realize that the body is an amalgamation of inter-dependent and impersonal objects, i.e. body parts such as flesh, tissues, bones etc.

When sighting the female form, our feeling is strong, because of our perception of it is that it will provide us with pleasure. Okay, so in order to win this struggle, you have to find pleasure in something else. Another goal or pleasure which makes sexuality a hindrance in its attainment. What is that goal? You must find it and cultivate the path towards it. But remember, repressed sexuality leads to anger and ill-will. Best wishes.

It gets easier as one gets older. I'm 42 and haven't had anything to do with a woman in nearly 8 years. I was never much of a dater anyway, due to introversion and social anxiety.

It was difficult in my late teens and 20s, obviously, but I knew that I was not cut out to put myself through the thousand agonies required to become confident enough to approach women, so I just worked on accepting my lot in life, and focused on my hobbies, interests and work skills, instead.

Now that I'm older and my T levels have naturally dropped I don't even really care, any more. I just live life for me now, and consider myself lucky that I haven't gotten stuck with a kid and/or ex wife to support.

Ive formulated almost everything down into logic. One you begin to self actualize, you begin to turn what you thought was only biological imperative into a choice. Like eating, but there are harmful choices for giving up food. Think of sex as a precoded computer OS. logic will help you to develop a hacker mindset that it takes to erase certain programmed boot instructions.

I weigh everything for its risking i guess and women never lay on the levee side. I think, sure this motorcycle is awesome but the payments outweigh the fun to be had on it. Now apply the finance idea to women. know that money aren't the only tthings they strip you of.

TL;DR - either take zero risk and stay forever in your comfort zone or take some risks and push yourself to achieve great things

I have a friend who's 28 years old and has only banged one girl a handful of times about seven years ago. His secret is smoking a lot of weed, playing video games and masturbating multiple times a day.

The moral here isn't necessarily to smoke weed and jerk off a lot but to stay in your comfort zone. All his hobbies and interests revolve around staying at home and getting high. He has essentially removed himself from "the equation".

Another strategy, and the one I'd personally recommend, is to be insanely focused and driven on achieving very specific and grand goals. Become consumed in something like this for example. Obviously pick an area you are already interested in and passionate about. Here you are living outside your comfort zone, but because you are so far from it you are too busy to focus on distractions like pussy. The added bonus is you've created something of value, be it intellectual property or even an entire business. This will make it far easier to repeat the process on your next project.

It doesn't have to be something as extreme as the YouTube link I provided. That's just the series that inspired me to go down that path so I figured I'd share it. One idea for someone less creatively inclined is to build your own CNC machine shop. That way you can help the creative guys with their projects, making connections and drawing inspiration along the way.

1) get really busy with stuff so you have little time to even think about sex

2) morphine (dangerous)

3) nofap (long-term will probably shut your sex-drive down, it did to me, but I didn't want that), short-term will make you super-desperate and horny

4) extreme fitness exercise - just give yourself enough rest not to hurt yourself and be so tied up in physical exertion there's no blood pressure to spare for boners and enough to keep your mind occupied there's nothing to spare of your thoughts for women

I'm not sure this is really a good 'choice' but it is a choice and if that's what you want, those tips will probably work.

I guess it's like with losing weight - you just don't put them in your mouth (don't even kissing). Look what's on display, just don't go in the shop (don't flirt). Enjoy the view just don't enjoy the taste (watch porn). Eat fruit instead of sugar (maturbation). Try to distract yourself from thinking about it (work).

And check what lowers sex drive (except above). Someone's problem is another man solution.

I still have desires, when I see a pretty girl I sometimes feel a fleeting desire to go talk with her. Then, I think about my low stress life. I have a stable job, a lot of toys and no nagging wife at home. I then lose interest in talking with her.
