Let's be clear here; even though The Red Pill seems like a unique community of winners, most of the people here are losers in real life.

Yeah, you think that's not a big problem since you still get high quality information here, right?

No. Not at all. The problem is, there is a very high chance that you, yourself, are also one of those losers.

You've somehow found TRP and were first startled and amazed at the same time. You were like a little child, seeing fresh and awesome stuff for the first time, experiencing the world. Then you were in love with the place, but it was a bit overwhelming since there is just A LOT to do, and it's never easy.

You took some small steps; maybe started lifting before quitting after a few weeks. For the first few days you were acting as if you're the shit, in your daily life. Then, all those stuff you've learnt have became something you just know - it is still very profound, not that exciting and you are not that different from your pre-TRP self though.

This post is written for you, by a person who have also gone through this exact phase.

Yeah, you've read it correctly - it is a phase - which means it will be a thing of the past someday, probably not anytime soon though. Like any other phase, to get through it, you need to change. And undoubtedly, change requires enormous conscious effort. Actually, you'll somehow eventually change; your effort just helps you to change in a direction that you want. Life changes us all eventually, but if you leave it to life's decision as a whole, it will change you to something you never ever want.

I am a very pragmatic person; I only care about what works and how that thing actually works. So, I don't give a fuck about all those people who say picking up a habit takes X amount of time. Many different researches say different things; some say it takes 21 days, some say 60 or 90 days. I really don't give a fuck about changing a single habit - I'm more interested in changing my life's direction as a whole.

*"The secret of change is to focus all of your energy, not on fighting the old, but on building the new."*

My experience is that, you can create a new approach to life, a new mindset, a new direction, in 100 days - and if done well and right, it will transform you completely, in the direction you want.

Let's assume you've turned 25 yesterday. Which means today is the 9.126th day of your life. You literally been through 9.126 days before choosing to read this post of mine.

Let me be totally honest with you; you'll probably going to die before you think you will - which, I'll -pessimistically- say at your 63. Which also means you have around 13.870 days left to live.

The 100 days you'll take to transform your life in the direction you want is literally only 0.7% of your remaining days on the Earth. So, stop being a bitch, shut the fuck up and get on the work.

Alright, you understand the point of the whole 100 Days thing. But.. what exactly you're going to do on those 100 days?

The answer is simple, but not easy: You will be consistent on those 100 days. No matter who you are, what you do or whatever your goals are, if you are not consisten for 100 consecutive days, you will fail. Simple as that. Period.

There are three types of days in the 100 Days;

1) Negative Days: Days that you've fallen behind on your goal. [0]

2) Neutral Days: Days that you've just achieved your daily goal. [1]

3) Positive Days: Days that you have achieved your goal and actually added on top of that. (add the deserved % of extra work on 1: Aimed for 50 pushups, did 70 = +40% -> 1.4 for this example) -> [1.4]

The key here is to design your life around at least semi-hard/semi-serious goals. Lifting could be one, approaching girls could be another one. I think these are very common goals for many people. For example, a challenge I gave myself was to lay the foundations of a serious business in 10 days and to make $500 that week. I like pushing myself to the extremes, since I believe men learn and perform well on extremes. One of the best ways to work on extremes is to aim for 10X; if your regular goal is to do X, aim and work towards achieving 10X. You'll learn more, perform better, probably won't reach 10X but definitely make more than X. Great way to go, just do it. Do it 10X.

Make your detailed plans, stick to it like a madman and then do this; for 100 days, you will analyze your day and give it one of those labels; it's either a Negative, a Neutral or a Positive day. If your first day was a Positive day, put [1.4] for example. Second day, evaluate that day again; if it you have not progressed on top of your current "record" or goal, put [1], you have stayed in the same level so this is what you get. If you have fallen back on your goal, put a [0] - if you did 39 pushups, that's a [0]. If you have done 0 pushups, that's a [0]. For 100 consecutive days, you have to analyze and evaluate your days, every single day.

The trick here is this; everytime you put a [0], that means starting from scratch. Because, the 100 Days method is all about the Compound Effect. Getting a zero is unaccaptable. How can a man accept this? A zero wipes off all of your previous efforts. This is the only way to discipline, to amazing success. At the end of your first 100 Days, simply remove anything that comes before a [0] and then multiply the remaining numbers.

For example, a week of 100 Days method would look something like this:

[1] * [1] * [1.2] * [1.3] * [0] * [1.3] * [1.5] **=>** [1.3] * [1.5] = ***{1.95}***

Never underestimate the compound effect. How that "one more pushup" helps is just amazing.

So, that's all for now folks.

You have a long way to go, and it won't be easy. But this method just helped me immensely and I wanted to share it. Honestly, please do it for yourself, and take at least 10 days to apply this. You will just be amazed on how well it works.

When you actually complete the 100 Days, your life will never be the same. Take my word for it.

Just don't be one of the losers I've talked about in the beginning of this article. Believe me, "knowing" about The Red Pill doesn't make you a man - applying it might make you one though, if you play your moves right.
