You can probably tell by the name that I'm a dentist. I'm also a reformed blue pill beta. You know the story... grew up with a misandrist single mother who taught you that your only worth in this world is to serve women. Thankfully around the age of 26 I had no choice but to discover the red pill way of life and have been pretty well established in a TRP lifestyle since then (I'm 37 now).

A little over 5 years ago I paid a fortune to buy my own practice in a midwestern college town. Long story short... I had a bunch of closet feminist misandrists as staff. One in particular started to try and seduce me. She would send me texts saying her bf wasn't home and that I should come hang out. She would show me pictures of her naked backside with tattoos all over it. You know how it goes. Not firing her right then and there was Mistake #1.

After about a year of employing this person... things had pretty much come to a head. She was starting to basically stalk me, started meddling with a woman I was dating, and just basically tried to claim me for her own. I ended up telling her rather firmly I was tired of it and it needed to stop. About a week later I walk into the office to find a resignation letter from not only her, but another staff member she had convinced to protest with her. No notice, stole her employee files from my office, stole some of our things, pulled out all the wires from our internet switch. Typical teenage dramaqueen type behavior. Nothing will upset a woman so much as when she throws herself at someone and he's just not interested.

So you'd think that would be it, but it's just the beginning. What I didn't realize was that she was still thick as thieves with a couple other staff members that I still had. Eventually these two staff members became problems to the business as well. My office manager and I sat down with them and proceeded to basically lay out the case of "here's why we're going to fire you if it doesn't change". Mistake #2, I should have just dropped them like a bad habit.

That's all it took to enrage them. Probably about 2 or 3 days later I get an interesting email stating that someone had left a post about me and my office on RipoffReport. I opened it... and my jaw hit the floor. It was basically one long rant about how I was sexually assaulting my staff, molested children, was a terrible doctor... etc. Again, you'd think that would be the end of it, they got it off their chest... and that some semblance of sanity would take over. Mistake #3... I should have fired back sooner.

Over about the next 5 or 6 months, these people operated a concerted campaign to enlist every review type website they could to slander me. Fake reviews on Google, Yahoo, and others... every bitch and complain website like complaints.com. It got so bad that HealthGrades had to basically shut down my profile because it was being targeted every week. They went so far as to drag my office manager and her family into it as well. Finally when it started to affect my business I decided enough was enough and it was time to take action.

First I hired a PI to see if they could figure out who was doing this. That went nowhere. Next I hired a law firm who specializes in this to get the ball rolling. We subpoenaed the websites for the IP address of this person/persons. They used a proxy server the whole time. We subpoenaed their email addresses... no go... disposable email addys. Long story short had to end up suing "Jane Doe" and service via publication... then get an order for takedowns... then pray that Google and others cooperate (which they did).

The end result was that I lost probably around 1.2-1.4M in lost new business over a lifetime, $40K in legal bills, and my personal reputation trashed around town. I won't lie, things were tough for a while. I had to seriously start looking at selling my house just to keep the business afloat.

Fast forward to today... and we're killing it. I've established a reputation as an unabashed conservative alpha male who is exceptionally good at what he does... but isn't going to take any shit in the process. I've got great patients and a staff full of down to Earth non-feminist women working for me now. I'm convinced that my firm but unemotional response to the situation did wonders in the end. I never backed down... I never admitted to things I didn't do... and I fought back. I just did it without getting in the mud with them.

The reason for the title is pretty obvious for any male who's ever been in a similar situation. Were I an employee somewhere... I would most certainly have been let go. Being self employed... not being accountable to some HR feminazi overlord... probably saved my financial life.

Not everyone can be self employed, I get that. But if you can, you should. There is nothing in the world as sweet as freedom and autonomy. Our country was founded on the idea that a man should be free to work for himself... and even with the PC ridiculousness that's taken hold the last 20 years or so... that's still true for the most part. Every Red Pill man should endeavour to work for himself. It may not be possible in everything you do... but it's possible in part of it. The more autonomy a man has... the better off he is in today's world.
