There are usually strings attached, in every situation
Be careful what you wish for - you might get it
Take a multivitamin/mineral supplement. Only 10-15 cents a day fills in some dietary blanks that your brain & body may be missing.
Wealth and assets are very measurable components of your existence.
If you're a bit selfish and do what benefits you, it means you're setting yourself up not to be a burden on others
Find joy in simple, little things
It's OK to be a lone wolf
Learn to love working, you'll be spending a lot of time doing that

I quit alcohol at 28 , took up running ,orienteering and started eating a balanced diet. But I didn't save much money as I should have. So my advice is step back and analyse your life as it is and make adjustments to improve the situation. Saving money within reason and investing regularly is part of a lifestyle choice and discipline.

Invest.

Invest in yourself now by eating right especially berries and oily fish. Taking a great multi is amazing too.

Invest in your future safely by setting aside 5% of your income into an index fund.

Think about buying an acre of two of arable land that will give you food and shelter security forever.

I will offer you the best advice.

Hobbies, interests, skills, activities. The more you can find and enjoy the better. I'll give you a few that I like as an example.

softball league
basketball league
flag football league
bowling league
pool league (APA or BCA)
recreation center membership (YMCA)
gym membership (Planet Fitness)
charity poker rooms
golf league
sports betting (DraftKings)
hunting (rabbit, squirrel, duck)
fishing (pan fish, jon boat)
foraging (plants, trees, mushrooms)
primitive skills (bushcraft, survival, wilderness living)
4wheeling
playing an instrument

Go to casinos, concerts, restaurants. Travel, learn and try new things. Find a job you love and if you can't then learn something that can make you money. For me its poker, for you it's whatever you want it to be. Alleviate yourself from all people and all setups that put pressure, stress and anxiety on you.

Don't be so serious about everything in life and focus on enjoying instead of judging, and that goes for self judgement as well.

Be kind to others, you never know what is going on in their life/day.

Take a moment to thank those in your life who you value or who you feel have helped you get to where you are at now.

Don't worry about what others think of you. Follow your dreams/goals/ideas to fruition.

I'm in my 40's. I'll tell my 26 year old self:

i) Focus on getting a job as a Linux Engineer, stay out of Social Work (I was a Child Protection Officer and it was hell).

ii) Don't have sex with girls you work with.

iii) Don't have sex with girls at all.

iv) Read more books.

v) Thank your dad for getting up at 0530 each morning so you had food on the table and clothes on your back as a kid.

Do not feel pressure from family or society to get married and start a family. Getting an MBA is a waste of time and money. Plan for you future and take control of your life.
