Blue pill: just be a good person and you will get laid. Women want a nice guy with a good personality and women don't really care that much about looks.

Red pill: women are mainly attracted to dominance. Show women that you are "alpha" and they will sleep with you. Lift weights and try to be as dominant as a young Jack Nicholson.

Black pill: women are mainly attracted to looks (i.e. height, frame, face). Attempting to win women over either through personality or by being alpha is doomed to failure if the looks aren't there.

RP is about understanding women.

TRP isn't just about women. Its about becoming the best version of yourself. Health, finances, family, friends. New guys just discovering TRP tend to focus on the women side because they usually are in or just got out of an abusive relationship after being a "nice guy" or "maning up" or divorced raped.

As you get into monk mode, your focus shifts to bettering your mind and body and using your time wisely.

That would be awesome if you actually understood women. But you don’t. So you just come off as an arrogant douchebag instead of a confident and capable man. It’s unfortunate because if there was a source to teach men true confidence and strength of character, you would have some amazing men. Instead we have men reading bs shit like that, pandering to their weaknesses and repackaging it as the truth. Creating douchebag men faking non existent confidence and lack of character. Red pill is about treating women like they are unified group that works under the same set of rules, regardless of the differences in norms from their location, the way they were raised or their personality. AWALT.

To me, RP is about understanding women

I think a better way to put this, is that RP is about understanding relationship dynamics as a whole. Not just the female side, but pointing out the male side. As in, our flaws, owning up to our mistakes, being honest about ourselves and our true feelings, etc... Which is important because society has brainwashed us into a completely false reality, not only when it comes to women's nature, but our own. We put on such a fake persona to deny our biological instincts and true feelings. All while putting woman on a pedestal, like they are superhuman. If anything, RP teaches men to treat women MORE like people, compared to what society teaches men.
