Is “you are what you fuck” a thing?

Say there’s a guy who fucks a lot, spins a lot of plates if you will. Those plates are made up of fat women, 35+ women, and generally very trashy women (hard smokers etc). He’s genuinely attracted to them and even has no problem being seen in public with them. Heck, he approaches them in public.

Reading this, would you consider this guy high tier because he has constant plates or low tier because of their quality?
